Recent online reports have suggested that WWE is interested in signing several talents from TNA once their contracts with the company expire. Here is a breakdown of the rumored names and if WWE is interested:

* Rob Van Dam – WWE is interested in bringing him back.

No, do not want.

* Matt Morgan – WWE was interested in Morgan last year but he chose to stick with TNA.

Yes, hes also exactly what WWE need, a talented young 'big man' style worker. They are so desperate that Kevin Nash came back for a while. Very, very underrated and I think WWE would be intrested.

* Bully Ray – WWE has shown some interest in the former Tag Team Champion. No word yet if they’re interested in bringing Ray back with Devon as Team 3D.

Yes, on his own. No, if part of the Dudleys again. The reasons are fairly obvious.

* The Pope – Officials were interested early last year when he was being pushed but not so much anymore.

No. Sloppy, shit, overrated, generic worker who isnt needed at all. Also annoying.

* Samoa Joe – There is no interest from WWE.

No, hes fat and shit anyway.

* Ink Inc. – There may be some interest in bringing back Shannon Moore down the road but Jesse Neal is viewed as a developmental prospect at best.

* James Storm and Robert Roode – WWE had interest last year in bringing Beer Money in as a tag team but word is that they’re not interested in bringing the former TNA Tag Team Champions in as singles wrestlers.

No, because they both will only have a notable career in TNA, and I think they both are smart enough to know that. The WWE tag division is dead and isnt getting revived anytime soon, and as much as I like Roode, his look screams generic. Storm will be stuck with a fucking dumb gimmick (hes got one now, but it works) and put in FCW to suck the creative life out of him.

Lets see:

RVD- locked in with TNA through March 2013
Matt Morgan- Signed a 5 year deal in October of 2009
James Storm- Re-upped with TNA in 2009 with a 3-4 year deal
Robert Roode- Re-upped with TNA in 2009 with a 3-4 year deal
Bully Ray- signed a 2 year deal in Novemmber 2010
The Pope- Signed a 3 year extension in Spring 2010
Samoa Joe- Signed 2 year extension in Decmber 2010/january 2011

Looks like these TNA wrestlers are locked into TNA deals for the next 12 months at least

Do the PWTorch guys do any research or are they just bored and decided to waste people's time

Why do you always come out with this like it matters?

Kevin Nash signed a new contract then immediately asked to leave so he could be in the Rumble. TNA (astonishingly stupid) granted him his release. There is such thing as a mutual decision on leaving.

I'd love to see the Blueprint in WWE he and AJ Stiles were all I watched TNA for,

The Pope could probably be a decent upper mid-carder, don't see much in the rest to take them over current talent.

There's several reports that say RVD's deal only goes until March 2012.  Anyways we have a seperate thread for that: http://www.tupwrestlingforum.com/rvd-back-to-wwe_topic8398.html

I seem to recall the last time Team 3D's contract was expiring with TNA, there was talk about them going back to WWE.  Then the story was that they were considering going to WWE to have one last run as the Dudley Boyz again.  But WWE decided not to go with it.  Supposedly they didn't want Ray back because of backstage attitude problems.

But these types of sourceless stories seem more geared towards getting the guys mention better deals in TNA.  I would have to believe that as a wrestler being "in demand" would put you in a much strong position to negotiate.

Bully Ray is enjoying a career revival of sorts as a singles wrestler in TNA, I can't see him repeating the success in WWE, plus his character is a bit too edgy for a PG environment. Given his age and backstage reputation I really can't see WWE being interested in his services.

I've also seen several reports stating Rob Van Dam's TNA contract expires in March 2012, hence why the rumours about him returning to WWE started. I really want him to remain in TNA though as I hope they turn him heel and this may give him the spark he's been lacking for so many years now. WWE will simply use him as a cheap pop upper-card babyface who does the same tired old routine every night.

JTB is right in saying that Bobby Roode and James Storm probably know their chances of reaching the same dizzy heights they've achieved in TNA in WWE are remote at best, that being said I think with both men in their mid-thirties the temptation of a WWE pay-day may prove to good to pass up if they get the offer of course. I can see WWE being more interested in Roode than Storm as his character would fit WWE better, Storm would likely be repackaged which would be a shame as the drunken redneck gimmick works for him.

But Matt Morgan is the one who WWE should be pulling out all the stops to sign, he should be the top babyface in TNA by now. He has the look and talent to headline in WWE, he would be crazy to pass up a offer from them.

To me the only two I would bring in are Beer Money but I wouldn't want them brought in as a team as there is no tag team division in the wwe.

Bringing in Beer Money could kickstart the tag division. We already have Uso's, Primo/Epico, Airboom add in some new teams using Zac Ryder, Bigshow, Tyson Kidd, use a few of the guys  they don't have anything for, and bring in Titus O'Neill/Percy Watson.

Would give a pretty strong division right there and would be a springboard for people to show what they can do.

I'd love to see Beer Money as a team in the WWE but lets be honest the WWE dont give a fuck about the tag division, they just pick random guys and stick them together and class them as a team.

Kurt Angle would be someone they should take back if a chance ever came along but I can't see that ever happening.

Samoa Joe is far to overrated - What does anyone see in him.

I'm almost embarassed that as a female wrestling fan I am more in tune with who would make it in WWE and who would not. To start off...NO ONE FROM TNA EXCEPT FOR RVD SHOULD JUMP SHIP. The product is Dynamite as is. Guys like Bully Ray would get buried by people like Daniel Bryant just because Vince has a fascination with younger talent right now. No one wants to see the Blue Print in WWE. TNA is what WWE used to be. At this point WWE is nothing other than John Cena's man cave and the training center for TNA. Didn't get the attention you needed at WWE? No worries not only will TNA take you but you don't have to travel your life away.
ON THE OTHER HAND....Crimson would be a great addition to WWE. I'd like to see ODB mashing it up with Beth Phoenix. AND ONCE AND FOR ALL STING FRO HOF 2012!!!! and as the Icon would say Ta, Ta for now!
