For once I agree with Adders.

I also wanted them to meet and have some kind of interaction. The storyline gave hints of moving on when Tucker told Otis sometimes you don't always get the girl. But I am hoping for Otis to confront Ziggler at some point and continue with Mandy.

Its all about the slow build - theyve got to make it last until Mania

Still waiting for the first ever Ziggler WrestleMania singles match eh? Tongue

But I agree,; slow build is what WWE is actually doing with multiple storylines right now.

Haha not quite ....

I'm needing someone else to root for outside of NXT now and I think Aleister Black is probably the one I want to do well.

If Otis and ziggler do face each other at Mania (and they dont reveal it to be tucker doing all this) then Otis deserves his moment after the year he has had

Boy wouldn't that be some crazy shit.

But as you said earlier with Street Profits (and I agree), Heavy Machinery are also an actual regularly functioning tag team in a field of few. Thus I would prefer to keep them together.

I enjoyed the empty performance centre version of Smackdown this week.

It was strange seeing the talent out there cutting promos and working matches without a crowd to feed off, particularly during the matches they did seem to be struggling because its obviously second nature to them to use that reaction and it seemed to throw the talent off their game a little, Jeff Hardy for example did a couple of spots where he would look to the crowd obviously forgetting he was in a empty arena.

But I liked the format of the show, a couple of short matches and some interview segments, for me that's what a weekly wrestling show should be, I enjoyed the Cena/Wyatt promo and the Miz and Morrison segment was fun too, they used the empty arena setting to great effect.

Triple H on commentary mostly making fun of Cole was unique too.

Part of the episode was a rerun of the Elimination Chamber tag title match so if you skip that this episode was only about a hour to watch which was refreshing.

I thought the show was awful with the only highlights being the return of Jeff Hardy and the partnership of Drew Gulak and Daniel Bryan.

Poor moments included.......

Missing out on my weekly Otis fix.
Hs acting like a teenager on commentary.
Paige not even turning up.
So little match action.
The show being filled with a recent PPV match.

Not a bad effort this week.

The talent seemed more comfortable working matches in the empty arena this week, it's not quite the same watching without the live crowd reaction makes it harder to become absorbed by the match but I think this will become easier as we all become more used to the empty arena and of course Wrestlemania will be host to much bigger matches rather than the throwaway stuff we tend to see on weekly tv.

I enjoyed the Dirt Sheet segment and the contract signing of Goldberg vs Roman Reigns, once again a rerun match was used to fill out a chunk of the time, this week it was John Cena vs Bray Wyatt from whichever Wrestlemania that was. So again if you skip through that like I did the episode was only about a hour.

I like the studio format of these performance centre shows, it's not the best setting for matches but for talk based segments to develop storylines it works fairly well. Must admit the angle with Otis and Dolph Ziggler came across a little awkward though with no fan reaction.

I wonder if Roman and Goldberg are secretly ecstatic that they don't have to worry about smark fans in the crowd crapping all over their match now.

So not as good as AEW Dynamite but it seems WWE are getting the hang of doing this with no fans now.
