This week Smackdown was clearly not just the better show among two crap shows, but it was legitimately quite good.

For the first time in ages I'm interested in more than just the women's division and whatever The Miz is up to. The tag division just got interesting with the returns of both Sanity & OGBC Gallows & Anderson. I would have liked to have seen Sanity welcome back Nikki Cross to the fold and do away with all the arbitrary suspense of who will go where. Cross belongs with Sanity and she adds another layer of depth to that group that takes them from good to great, and perhaps more importantly, different.

I hope the tag division continues to develop. I don't just want to see this become about The Bar, Sanity and Gallows & Anderson, because that's just swapping 2 good teams for another 2 good teams. Usos and New Day are great, the division just needs depth, not JUST 'fresh' faces. If all 5 teams are frequently involved in the programming, the whole division ought to prosper as long as the story being told is a good one.

Daniel Bryan On Smackdown was excellent again, especially with his new title belt.

Truth On Smackdown becoming the champion for the first time in seven years was a fun surprising moment that I won't get angry about.

Randy Orton On Smackdown just keeps turning up to fight and never talks to explain why he's doing what he's doing.

the R-Truth thing just felt weird after him not only being a joke for so long, but also not even seeming to know where he is, who he should be facing, I mean, he was made to say that Stanford, CN was where he wanted to go on the vacation he and Carmella won.

him not only winning the title came from so far leftfield, but then also immediately defending it and winning again should just mean a fun little feud to run between now and Mania.

and again, the final segment was obviously going to be building up a Chamber match for the WWE title since Brock is still champ on Raw.

I kinda like that title of Bryan's as a one off. I would hate to see someone else defending that belt but for Bryan it's pretty great.

I enjoyed R-Truth getting a title run. He is easily one of the most entertaining guys on the entire roster, so having a midcard title makes sense, even if it is likely just very short term.

I didnt really get the title change to be honest ... not that the title changed so quickly but just the way it happened.

It looked to me like Nakamura didnt know he was dropping the title

Then there was the immediate defence against Rusev which Truth ended up winning which then made me think perhaps it was a planned change but the match didnt go on for as long as it should

i dont know - the whole thing just seemed weird
