Quote RAW Women's Champion Alexa Bliss comes down to the ring alongside Mickey James. Alexa gets on the mic and says she amazed herself last night by winning the first ever women's Elimination Chamber match last night. Alexa says she also wants to give credit where it's due to Mickie James. Alexa starts trashing Asuka and says she'll be the one to beat Asuka's undefeated streak, and talks about Nia Jax beating her last night. Asuka comes out to interrupt. Alexa makes fun of Asuka's english speaking skills, and then brings out Nia Jax who comes down the ramp. Asuka strikes first and kicks down Alexa and Mickie, but then Nia drops Asuka from behind. Asuka grabs Nia for a choke, but Alexa and Mickie get back up and beat down Asuka. Bayley and Sasha Banks run in for the save, but Nia clotheslines them down. Asuka starts fighting back against Nia with kicks, but then she gets hit from behind by Alexa. Alexa, Mickie and Nia all leave together as Sasha, Asuka and Bayley recover.

- Michael Cole says that John Cena is in the house to talk about his road to WrestleMania.

- During the commercial, Kurt Angle books a six-woman tag match for the women in tonight's opening segment.

- Sasha Banks, Bayley & Asuka vs. Mickie James, Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax: Mickie and Bayley start things off. Mickie hits a kick and a hurricanrana out of the corner early on. She follows up with an elbow to the face for a two count. Nia tag in next and continues beating down Bayley. Alexa comes in next, but Bayley starts to come back and drops her. Bayley hits a lariat for a two count, then Sasha tags herself in. Sasha hits a running knee strike on Alexa for a two count. Alexa starts firing back with strikes, and Alexa comes back with a knee to the body. Sasha whips Alexa into the corner and hits some knees to the head, then she knocks both Alexa and Mickie outside. Sasha follows them outside, but Nia drops her while the ref is distracted. Alexa takes Sasha back in the ring and beats her down on the mat. Alexa whips Sasha into the corner and puts the boots to her, and Sasha rolls outside for a breather. Back in the ring, Nia tags in and continues the beat down on Sasha. Mickie tags in now and drops Sasha with a snapmare before booting her in the face. Sasha is finally about to get the tag, but Bayley hops off the apron and leaves Sasha hanging. Mickie goes back for Sasha but Sasha rolls her up, then tags in Asuka. Asuka starts cleaning house, and then hits a series of kicks to the head of Mickie. Alexa breaks up the pin, then Bayley hits a suplex on Alexa. Mickie goes to slap Asuka, but Asuka catches her and puts her in an armbar for the win via submission.

Winners: Asuka, Bayley & Sasha Banks

- Sasha & Bayley have a brief stare-down after the match.

The heel team should have won, to build up more between Bayley and Sasha.

It doesn't make sense to have Bayley leave the ring apron to get her own back on Sasha, if their team is going to win the match antwat.

It's good to see Mickie continue to be associated with the champion. It does her no harm.

So this is a little late in coming, and it's going back a bit considering last night was a new episode of Raw, but I'm just hearing that it was actually VINCE who had the idea for the 2 hour gauntlet match, and not Triple H.

So credit where credit is due, he made a good call there.

It is really quite rare for me to say it but I really liked it all.

I'd hesitantly say last week was better because of that gauntlet match, but this show could not have had the same thing, they had to change the formula and this was a damned fine alternative. Once again this was one of the best episodes of Raw I've seen in a long long time, especially when you overlook the festival of friendship and the gauntlet gohome episodes.

Aye, it was a major shift from the largely wrestling based show last week to the promo based episode this week where everyone who doesn't yet have a WrestleMania match from John Cena to The Miz is worried about their WrestleMania slot and everyone who does match either a title or a #1 contendership spot like Bliss and Roman Reigns was assessing their competition. But the show still had its share of good wrestling, especially from the Miz and Seth Rollins. But I agree it was for sure overall a good episode gearing up for the WrestleMania season.

A lot of what I have to say is in the individual threads; but I would point out that Bayley seemed very hesitant to refuse to accept the tag from Sasha (I predict a WrestleMania match between those two), Corey Graves was awesome on commentary (even bringing up Outback Jack for fuck's sake), Miz cut an awesome promo on the Intercontinental Championship, Seth Rollins against the Miz was an awesome match, and I enjoyed the interaction between Ronda Rousey, Kurt Angle, Trips & Stephanie.

Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt storyline going down the deletion match route will be great.

Cesaro & Sheamus Partnership On Raw have beaten everyone on the roster, so need a new team to face going into Wrestlemania.

Rhyno & Heath Slater Partnership On Raw have done a splendid job jobbing the past few weeks for the Wyatt/Matt fued.

The 3 storylines you mention here were all left off of Hulu's presentation of Raw.

That said, I really enjoyed every single storyline I saw on Raw this week. I was being impatient and wanted a reason to skip ahead and get it over with, but I ended up liking every segment, which was, as best as I can remember from start to finish Rousey&Angle, Asuka vs Jax, Cena vs Goldust, Bliss making Jax cry, Elias vs Strowman, The Mizzy's & Miz & Miztourage vs Balor & Rollins, and Heyman & Reigns promo.

Good episode of raw from top to bottom.

John Cena cuts a darn good promo...he's been so underrated but he's at the top of his game now..
same with reigns he's being pushed down our throats yes but no doubt this year as been his best year and actually deserves to be in the main event..or there abouts..

Yet another fully watchable episode of Raw. Vince is pulling out all the stops to get Reigns over, and at least to some people it is working too.

Not as good as last week, but at least I wasn't bored. That's all I ask. Actually this has been one of the better roads to WrestleMania thus far. The last few years have been terrible. The last good one IMO was in 2014 leading to Daniel Bryan beating the Authority.

Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax Partnership breaking down the way it did was dumb booking.

Paige & Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose On Raw were an afterthought and whilst Paige isn't huge, it's very noticeable her weight gain.

Roman Reigns On Raw made the comment of the night by contradicting himself, calling Brock Vince's boy.

I actually thought the Reigns stuff was the best stuff of his career

I agree, I don't think I've ever seen Reigns better on his own cutting a promo than the last couple of weeks.
