Cena is being used to strip Reigns down and build him back up again. Cena is yet again being the go to man to help someone that needs helping. People can hate on Cena all they want but he is still the guy that brings the best out in people, and if it takes Cena to finally make Reigns what WWE want him to be then so be it.

Not seen it yet but this segment plus the battle royal are the only parts of Raw I plan on watching as the rest sounded very run of the mill shit.

I think they are making a mistake throwing this match away on a B show, it's a Wrestlemania match and no one is excited about Reigns vs Lesnar part II.

This is the latest attempt to get Reigns to where they want him, not sure it'll work but it's worth a shot. The difference between the two men now is I don't think anyone genuinely hates Cena anymore, most respect him for his hard work and accomplishments in the business and his longevity at the top, plus the number of classic matches he's had now can't be ignored. The mixed reaction he still gets is much like Kurt Angles you suck chants, it's something the crowd do for fun and Cena plays along with it. Roman on the other hand gets booed because it's so clear WWE are trying to force him in to the Cena spot, it's a sad situation because Roman is doing a good job and doesn't deserve the hate but WWE have brought it on him by not allowing him to grow into a headliner organically. On the other hand I do enjoy Reigns' edgy tweener character, he's gone in a different direction to Cena by pretty much trolling the haters and using a darker character. Ultimately as long as he sells merchandise and tickets he will continue in this role.

ah crap... I'm just now noticing that I said: " I'm not interested to see where this feud goes and how it ends" instead of "I'm NOW interested to see..."

Really good episode this week, as usual I skipped most of the filler crap but there was plenty stuff worth watching.

Another killer promo between Cena and Reigns, this is top booking with the shoot style material they are using, if they can deliver in the ring this will be a contender for feud of the year.

Cena vs Jordan was a very good match and it has to be said Cena made JJ look strong here.

Miz and Hardy had a good match with a surprising clean decision for the Miz.

Finally Strowman and Big Show was a strong cage match main event and what a brutal spot when Braun powerslammed Show through the cage, Strowman was made to look a beast here, WWE will be silly to feed him to Lesnar.

I watched Raw last night but had such little interest in what was going on it all just seemed so boring.

Most of it was missable. The number one contenders match for the Intercontinental title was entertaining enough but everything else I could have easily skipped. A pretty lousy go home show.

The Brock/Braun 'satellite link' interview was dull, even in a pre-taped segment Lesnar barely spoke and Strowman rambled through his usual I'm a unstoppable monster blah blah blah blah stich.

The highlight for me was Roman Reigns' promo, great stuff where once again he pushed the boundaries of kayfabe with his comments, his delivery was decent too.

Really good Raw this week. Nothing was shit, everything was watchable and plenty was very entertaining.

It's probably because it's up against NFL that more effort has been put in and it's edgier, so we should make the most of it until January.

A fair few new storylines started up and I even have interest in Mickie finally getting her spotlight.

This week was interesting... I didn't watch much of it, but what I did see I liked... Then again what I didn't like I skipped so there's that.

But the shield is official now, Wyatt is back on his game again, and more good hype for Asuka. Top marks for all of that.

For Wyatt to actually be back on his game they are going to have to have him actually come out of a feud with a win - I don’t think he’s done that for years

The sister Abigail thing is becoming more interesting but he needs to beat Balor at TLC

I haven’t watched Raw yet but I’ve read a lot about what happened and it seems pretty interesting

Looks as though they are continuing to bury Enzo by having him drop the title in his first defence and that being on a tv show other than PPV

Finn Balor & Bray Wyatt Storyline deserves to be spoke of more because it's one of the most interesting things on Raw.

Jason Jordan On Raw is still struggling to get over and a heel turn needs to happen.

Nia Jax On Raw needs to stand alone and bulldoze through the roster.
