I didn't watch wrestling this week except for NXTs Osaka event. Will get back in the swing of things tomorrow night.

Strowman is actually evolving nicely in to a monster heel, what he can do well is fairly basic but his shear size and strength make it convincing. He's far from the finished product but he's already a huge improvement on past big men like The Great Khali.

Loved Steph's little jab at Punk, no more than he deserves after all the shots he has taken at the company that made him very rich and a household name.

The rest was of the show was very run of the mill, Enzo continues to be the whipping boy as they build to a Big Cass vs Rusev match that doesn't have a screwy finish, WWE continue to use a Shield reunion to try and get fans cheering Roman, it's not working.

Liking Neville as a heel, by far the best promo work I've seen from him so far, he seems to have changed up his ring style with less flashy flying moves which is a shame as that's what made him stand out but those kind of moves are very crowd pleasing so I guess he's just being more heelish. He seems wasted in the Cruiserweight division which is still mostly piss break TV for me.

The Dusty Rhodes teddy massacre seemed very needless, it set up a match that no one cared about.

Foley is out to make himself a botchamania special isn't he?

Raw was nothing special. I enjoyed the fact they let Titus show some personality, and I did enjoy the Last Man Standing match, the rest felt normal to me.

The closing segment, oh why couldn't they have had Goldberg & Reigns go at it instead of having them take out Strowman?

Because they're both babyfaces with no reason to hate one another, yet. Heat between those two needs to build, if it's going to build at all, and I hope it does. IMO that's the best pairing for Goldberg at mania if Goldberg isn't going to face John Cena which would be the best pairing of all for either guy (Cena Taker? Meh).

When they're promoting the Rumble, which is every man for himself, it really doesn't matter about there being two faces going off at eachother.

Titus O'Neill proved that he is a charismatic guy very capable of comedy, I enjoyed his segment with the New Day, I think going forward Titus could be really over as a mid-card act if used in similar roles to this.
As for New Day they seem a bit lost without the belts, think it's time for one of them to get a singles push but that guy shouldn't be Woods.

Sami Zayn took Braun Strowman to his best ring outing to date, very strong match where Sami sold like a complete pro for Strowman.

Loved the Kevin Owens show, KO is another guy very effective with the more comedic stuff. Enjoyed seeing Goldberg and the little tease of a Goldberg/Reigns confrontation, this whole segment was well booked.

The highlight of Raw was the first segment, all the top stars in the ring and Brock making his big return, Lesnar was dominant as ever and the brawl was entertaining stuff, marked out for the potential Brock/Strowman scrap which was teased. This proved as well that Brawn Strowman is getting over well as a monster heel as well as everyone really wanted to see him and Lesnar go at it.

WWE are clearly stuck for ideas for the New Day, third week in a row with a segment with Titus and a predictable match. I say turn New Day heel, even if they are shifting a lot of merch their act needs shaking up.

The main event was a decent match and I enjoyed the ending sequence with Owens looking the strongest he has in quite a while. Once again Strowman was booked to look like a killer and he's improving more and more with each week.

Third post in a row from me, seems we have a lot of Raw fans here

Was a very good episode, actually had everything needed to put together a very good edition of Raw.....

Rollins and Zayn had a great match with a major storyline development.

Braun Strowman once again dominant and booked as a killer over a bunch of mid-card guys, a feud with Big Show was also teased for Strowman.

Reigns vs Jericho to further the build to the Royal Rumble title match between Owens and Roman.

Sit down interviews with Bayley and Charlotte which always helps to give a match a big fight feel.

Finally the main event segment was a mark out moment, even with Goldberg repeatedly screwing up his lines it was a great moment seeing Goldberg, The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar all face to face in the ring, no physicality was needed the tease of it was enough.

Goldberg was dumb. I couldn't stop looking at the blood, it was just so weird for him to bust himself open.

there is a photo going around on FB of Show and Strowman from last year, where they were both, elt's say, a big meaty, and then now, where both looked fucking amazing, so both guys deserve props for the work they have put in on their physiques if nothing else.

otherwise, a go-home Raw that I expected. was disappointed it ended with three legends in the ring, and didn't really do much to highlight any younger talent that will be in the Rumble for the red squad.

Opening segment was fine, Jericho saying it's all CGI was pure brilliance.

Jericho vs Zayn was a solid match. Nice to see Zayn go over, will this no mean he's inline for a US title shot in the near future? Afterall he had a sold Rumble showing, and that usually means something.....

Nese vs Ali went down like a lead balloon as the majority of the 205 guys do. I do like that they allowed a small talking segment post match, they really do need to do more storytelling for the 205 guys.

Steph/Rollins segment is just a typical re-hash of what's used in the past. Ugg ugg me better man ugg ugg insult family to get a reaction ugg ugg. Come on creative you can do original.

6 person tag match was ok, Bayley getting the pin on Charlotte was a bit of a strange one given she was pinned clean at the Rumble #wwelogic.

Neville promo also went down like a lead balloon, come on WWE do something decent with these talented guys!

I really enjoyed Strowman vs Owens. What they did worked, even if Reigns showing up and costing Strowman annoyed the hell out of me.

Heyman was classic Heyman, we all knew Lesnar vs Goldberg was going down at Mania.

It seems they're finally booking Nia Jax the correct way, I do wonder how long it'll all last though.

The tornado tag match was ok. I guess SAWFT will finally be built up in order to get a shot at Club come WM.

Ending segment was perfectly fine. I would have preferred to see Trips/Rollins get physical but Joe's unexpected arrival on Raw certainly adds a different direction, especially given all the rumours swirling about (Which I am now trying to avoid).

Was ok overall, still plenty that could be improved on going forward, but I really expect it all to ramp up soon for WM.
