Agree with the except for the Mahal point. I am fine with The Singhs & Mahal getting involved and costing Orton the match as it furthers the whole Mahal taking an opportunity storyline so no issue with it what so ever, it also gave Wyatt a win that he needed so no complaints from me.

Very solid event overall. I am impressed that they let Reigns eat a clean victory especially after "retiring" Taker...even if they did let Reigns get the upperhand during "Raw Talk" by Strowman missing his attack and ending up in a pile of boxes haha.

They needed to turn Cesaro & Sheamus to get one more match out of this little feud, and an extra heel time is badly needed on Raw, so it should be good longer term, especially as we all know The Hardyz won't stay together for too much longer.

I am also impressed they pulled the title switch in both the US match and the Womens match. In the US title match I expected Jericho to win, but via DQ or Countout, however putting the title back on him, gives SD another solid hand for when he returns from touring with Fozzy, but it also allows them to perhaps put the title on Corbin, or even back on Owens Tuesday.

As for the Womens switch, I really thought they'd have held off and had Charlotte be the first woman to hold the Raw and SD Womens titles but it's little Alexa. Bayley's run has been stagnant, mainly due to the horrid partnership with Sasha, so the outcome surprised me a little but i'm happy on that one overall.

The pre-taped HOH thing was corny but it was unexpected at points too, but thank smeg the feud is over with now. As for Joe/Rollins, I didn't really get into it and thought have Rollins go over is the wrong move.

Main event was superb so no complaints at all from me.

Having Jericho win was a pleasant surprise. I wondered in the back of my head if perhaps he might have planned his Fozzy tour dates to coincide with wwe touring locations so he could do both, and make part time appearances in the wwe for the next several months. Now I feel the idea is not too crazy to give voice to publicly. Haha

Seeing a heel turn on PPV is rather rare these days. I am sure it has happened lately but I can't name it if it has.

Bliss and Bayley was the only technical wrestling match on the card that impressed me. Tbh the entire show was rather lackluster in the ring IMO at least from a technical wrestling point of view. I was surprised to see Bayley lose the title, but I think maybe the main roster creative on her is lacking in ideas. A shame when you consider how well she was highlighted in NXT. Bliss now makes an argument for why she is the best woman in the entire division. Charlotte will have to win the SDL title just to keep face. Meanwhile Sasha turning heel and taking the title could leapfrog everyone.

So, I'm in the same timezone as this PPV was in, and seeing the "LIVE" tag on the screen while the house scene was going down really took me out of it, as it must have the live audience as well, seeing as I was sitting in my living room trying to keep the sun out of my eyes while they were driving around in the dark "LIVE" to get to the arena. As for the truly live portion of the match, it was OK, I guess.

Strowman was a surprise. However, was I the only one hoping to see Rollins and Ambrose come to Reigns aid after he was piledrived with the stairs?

I enjoyed the card almost entirely....with the major exception to the weak horror movie shoved in the middle of the show.

Enzo and Cass going over was fine. Get the crowd popped before the big show.

The Miz TV segment was once again magical as the Miz is amazing and Balor showed he could do the banter.

KO and Jericho to start the show was a surprise to me. The match was slower than I thought it would be and I certainly made KO winning my lock  of the night. I guess it makes sense for Y2J to get his win back but it would have made more sense at Mania for the babyface to get his retribution.

Neville and Aries did a great job (as usual) but for the crowd was still luke warm at best. Glad Aries didn't get the title. I love the guy but Neville is just killing it right now. Keep the hot hand going.

Hardyz retained...again, thought this was going to go the other way. It was still a very hard hitting match and fun to watch.

I seem to be in the minority according to various news outlets on the reaction to the Women's title match. I think Alexa is the hot thing right now and Bayley is need of  slight adjustment before she continues on with the championship. I was fine with this outcome and really enjoyed the match.

Wyatt and Orton...no...just...no

Rollins and Joe put on a good match. I expected better.

Strowman is beast. Reigns needs to go away for a while. I'm not saying that in a "I hate Roman Reigns" kind of way, but it would be nice to see someone sell a major beat down for once. When Cole talks about internal injuries and the dude is supposed to be spitting up blood...he should probably lay low.

Overall...really good show. Better than it had any business being if you take away the whole crack house deal.

Just gonna leave this here. Love Heelbook, and glad it is active again. What he says about Reigns is spot on.
