Quote Pwinsider.com is reporting that the current plan for the 2018 WWE pay-per-view schedule is to have 14 PPV events that will feature 5 exclusive Raw shows, 4 exclusive SmackDown shows and 5 combined events.

The sports entertainment company will have a new co-branded event on June 17th in Chicago, Illinois with the Money In The Bank PPV.

The correct decision. A brand shouldn't have the edge over the other show by having it to themselves.

After the big four it's the most important PPV of the year, so it should be shared.

It's also a chance to build tension between the brands months in advance of Survivor Series, so fueds when it gets to November mean more.

Excellent news - Money in the Bank is the most successful and popular PPV outside the big four so I’m glad they’ve upgraded it effectively creating a big five set of PPV events.

To make the briefcase ladder match more of a big deal they should make it a dual brand match rather than having a different match for each brand, have talent from each brand competing in the same match then allow the winner to cash in for whichever World title he chooses.

Quote After the big four it's the most important PPV of the year, so it should be shared.

I would even go so far as to argue that until last year when Survivor Series was given the Raw vs Smackdown gimmick, that MitB was even more important than Survivor Series. Now, that's no longer the case, but I agree 100% that it's more important than any PPV outside of the Big 4.

It's the only gimmick PPV I actually look forward to each year other than the Royal Rumble.

MITB is probably my favourite PPV so this is good news.

Makes sense to share it as i feel it adds something to both shows when there is someone holding the case - keeps interest in every PPV as there is always the chance of a cash in attempt

It's a great idea but aren't SD getting short changed with only having 4 plus the joint, compared to Raws 5 plus Joint?
