I'm sad that Asuka won't be in the chamber, given how heavily this sort of match favours her, but we are where we are. She'll keep putting on great matches and building momentum. I'm still hopeful that Lynch will be the one to de-throne her.

Personally, I'd hope to see Sasha (c) vs Asuka and Bliss vs Jax... the problem with that scenario is Smackdown is laying a big turd unless Carmella does something lame and say that she's going to challenge Charlotte for the title at wrestlemania and she will cash in her contract then ala John Cena. I don't like that storyline very much but it does at least have a foundation to work from. IMO Becky Lynch and Charlotte are both being left in the lurch ATM and need something to do for the show.

Really am not sure what the best approach is here, but I still am just not seeing Asuka vs Charlotte. I'd rather see those two kept apart until after each of them has a title match against Rousey and one of them is the champion that took the title from Rousey.

But I suppose that's just me.

Given that Rousey is likely to be on Raw, it makes sense to me to shift Asuka to Smackdown. Keep them apart for a while so that they can both top their respective divisions.

That makes sense - build towards a match at next Mania maybe - i suppose that solves the "What next for Asuka after Rousey" and visa versa argument for at least another year

Charlotte v Asuka would no doubt be an excellent match too

Elimination Chamber Pay Per View

  1. John Cena vs Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman vs Finn Balor vs Elias vs Seth Rollins
  2. Alexia Bliss (c) vs Nia Jax vs Sasha Banks vs Bayley vs Paige vs Mickie James-Raw Womens Championship Elimination Chamber Match
  3. Matt Hardy vs Bray Wyatt
  4. Cruiserweight Championship Tournament Match
  5. The Miz vs Neville-Intercontinental Championship open challenge
  6. The Bar vs Crews & O'Neil vs Authors of Pain vs The Revival vs Slater & Ryhno vs Gallows & Anderson- Raw Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Match

  • Roman Reigns wins the Elimination Chamber Match
  • The lights go off in the Men's Elimination Chamber Match and The Undertaker appears behind John Cena then chokeslams and tombstones him allowing him to be pinned then taunts Rest in Peace then points to the Wrestlemania sign
  • Finn Balor and Roman Reigns start and are the final two showing that Balor is the iron man again
  • Paige returns for the match and wins the Raw Women's Championship
  • Matt Hardy wins
  • Neville retruns to answer The Miz and wins the Intercontinental Championship

Quote A user on Reddit spotted and took a screenshot of an image on WWE.com yesterday which showed Finn Balor as the final contestant in the men's Elimination Chamber match.

-- While Balor has been the much rumored about final participant in the match, he has yet to officially win his spot as that would be dependent on tomorrow's match on Raw where he will face Bray Wyatt, Apollo Crews & Matt Hardy in a fatal fourway.

-- The image, which WWE.com has taken down, can be seen here here.

Wyatt and Hardy will have themselves another one on one match.

Apollo Crews is a jobber and so was never going to end up in the match.

So whilst a spoiler has been given away before the outcome, it's not spoilt anything for me because it's obvious anyway.

Yeah it was always going to be Balor, don't know why they didn't just have him face someone other than Cena in a qualifier and win so he didn't have to do this second chance match, seems a bit strange to lose your qualifier but then get another shot and it just makes the ones that fail twice look weak.

As Admin said Hardy and Wyatt will probably face each other at the event.

Not particularly interested in this show as we all know Reigns is winning.

The second chance winner will probably be one of the first 2 in the chamber, hence giving Finn a run in the Chamber similar to the Rumble. Willing to bet he's in the final 2, of course losing to Reigns.

I second the notion of skipping this show.

You never know, Balor might be facing Cena at Wrestlemania and this is part 2 of their story.

Would be great if they pulled a swerve and had someone else win - they could then add Reigns later on - it doesnt necessarily have to be a 1 v 1 title match

I think im on holiday when this is on so will have to watch it at a later date
