Currently WWE does NOT have a far better roster than AEW - that is just not true.

They have a more "known" roster than AEW but like ive said previously no one had heard of Roman Reigns, John Cena etc before they went to WWE so AEW will need time to bring their roster up to what can be classed as household names.

Regarding schedules and the likes this is where AEW has an advantage IMO. They are not doing house shows in the way WWE does and therefore the roster have a better work life balance.

In terms of salaries - that is also debatable given the money that the Khan family have.

Where WWE 100% can hurt AEW or visa versa is in wrestling content / storylines. That is the only thing that cant be bought, cant be poached, cant be acquired from elsewhere - they need to focus on the product they deliver.

Heyman especially offers WWE a huge advantage because he is a genius and sees wrestling from a fans point of view.

Cody Rhodes and The Elite also see wrestling from that point of view but are unproven in terms of what they can offer creatively.

The moves both companies are making are what the whole wrestling world wanted - better product and more competition to ensure the product both companies offer is the best it can be.
