Enjoyable show, couldn't match Takeover for ring action but it made up for that with the entertainment factor and as a spectacle especially with fans back for the first time in over a year, this show felt really special, plus the top matches all delivered quality in the ring.

Lashley vs Drew was a really good extremely physical match, I was pretty shocked to see a Lashley victory and makes me wonder if a Drew heel turn is in the works although I did wonder if they had decided to go with a Lashley win based on the fact this match opened the show. One possibility is they are saving Drew's big moment for a full arena when he can go on last as the main event.

The tag team turmoil was about as good as you'd expect, the most memorable moment was Mandy Rose slipping during her entrance. Could have been much worse I guess.

Cesaro/Rollins was a really good match, felt a bit like mid-card filler but I enjoyed the match a lot and loved the no handed air plane spin spot, a true Wrestlemania moment for Cesaro. I really think Rollins has found his groove with this heel character now too.

New Day vs AJ/Omos was pretty average in the ring but this was really all about establishing Omos as a dominant force which it achieved, I enjoyed the finishing sequence with AJ hitting the forearm off the shoulders of Omos followed by Omos hitting a Khali style chokebomb.

Braun vs Shane was ok, thankfully was fairly short, I thought there might be a few more surprises or big spots in this but I guess it was fine for what it was.

Bad Bunny/Damien Priest vs The Miz/John Morrison was actually really decent. Have to say Bad Bunny impressed me here, he obviously put the time in training and was able to pull off some really good spots pretty flawlessly, the canadian destroyer on the floor looked particularly impressive. Much better than expected so top marks to all involved here particularly BB.

I'm glad Bayley got some screen time, surprised to see no Becky or any other returns though, perhaps that is being saved for Night 2.

The main event was great, exciting match and the hair whip spot looked and sounded brutal. I had hoped for a Sasha win as I'm not completely sold on Bianca but I'm very willing to give her a chance as champion, this was easily her best performance to date.

Really good show and Night 2 is a even more stacked card, looking forward to it.

OK so night 2 just got done and I have to say, night 1 set the bar so high, it was always going to be difficult to match it and night 2 really struggled

Fiend v Orton - great entrances - don't know what the fuck that finish was all about but the crowd were pissed and then they recapped it later on for some reason

Tag match - probably the worst match to follow that opener. No one really cared about it and it just seemed sloppy.

Owens v Sami - this was a really really good match and easily match of the night up to this point. Both guys really delivered and as much as we've seen these 2 against each other - they always deliver. The pop at the end for the stunner on Logan Paul was electric too.

Sheamus v Riddle was really good top. There was one botch when sheamus went for white noise but he did a great job of saving it. The brogue kick finish was sensational and I'm glad he got the W. Great match but just seemed too short.

Big E v Apollo. Wasn't sure what to expect but again this was a great match that was just too short. The ending protected Big E when Dabba-Kato interfered so hopefully he gets a main event push.

Rhea v Asuka was another match that seemed too short. What we got was really good, wasn't too fussed on the ending but as an NXT guy it's always great to see when call ups do well and Rhea and Bianca both got Big moments this weekend.

Reigns v Edge v Bryan. All I can really say about this is wow. Match of the night easily and probably match of the weekend, this had everything. Reigns is the best heel in the business. The crowd ate this up and they had plenty to go at from interference to double spears to double submissions to conchairto's it had it all. Very brave booking decision to keep.the strap on the big dog but I agree with it to be honest and it cemented Reigns as the top guy. What a fucking match this was.

Overall night 2 fell way short of night 1 but the main event was epic and match of the whole PPV for me

I think I enjoyed Night 1 more but maybe that was partly because I felt a bit burned out as Night 2 went on as it was 7 hours of wrestling over 2 back to back days, but of course this is still preferable to watching it all in one sitting.

I enjoyed The Fiend vs Orton, this was the best straight wrestling match these two have had, I had expected something cinematic but this match was solid enough and I liked all the effects and hocus pocus, the visual of The Fiend coming out burned and then restoring to his original form looked very cool, they had to do this really as Wyatt continuing to wrestle in the burned up outfit would surely hinder what he could do in the ring and it must be difficult enough in the normal Fiend mask. The finish was weird not quite sure where they are going with this but I'm intrigued.

The Women's tag title match sent me to sleep, boring.

Owens vs Sami was excellent, really good match and I'm glad Zayn got to show what he can do in the ring as his heel persona seems to make him tone down his ring work a lot. KO hitting the stunner on Logan Paul was a crowd pleasing moment.

Sheamus/Riddle was another really decent hard hitting effort, the finish looked pretty brutal.

I liked the Apollo/Big E match too, decent brawl if a little short, Daba Kato aligning with Apollo is interesting and this was the right result, Apollo had to win otherwise he would have been reduced to jobber status I dont see how he could have recovered after so many failed attempts to win the Intercontinental Title.

Rhea Ripley vs Asuka was disappointing, just felt very plodded the match never left first gear, would say this was the dud of the night in terms of match quality.

The Bayley/Bellas segment was hardly a highlight, fans booed loudly as most were expecting Becky or maybe Ronda, this was disappointing and a needless burial of Bayley to try and get a cheap pop which failed as fans rejected it. You would think WWE would know by now most fans dislike the Bellas.

The triple-threat was a really good exciting main event, I felt the finish didnt need to be done that way with Roman pinning both men but after the chair shots it didn't really harm either man to lose like that.

Another very decent night of wrestling concluding a really good Wrestlemania. Think it's fair to say this one will be remembered fondly as one of the best Mania's of the modern era, perhaps ever.

Interesting stat, 9 out of the 14 total matches were won by heels, I'm wondering if this was the most heel victories ever on a Wrestlemania card? That's assuming Tamina/Natayla and Rhea Ripley are heels as I know its debatable.
Its refreshing as I grow tired of WWE always doing the predictable babyface wins as they think you always have to do the happy endings.

Night 1......

Vince Mcmahon looks like he's had some facial work done and not just his eyebrows. Always great to see our Wrestling God make a rare appearance and show his appreciation to the fans.

Bebe Rexhe with one of my favourite performances of America The Beautiful.

Lashley vs Mcintyre was a hard hitting brawl between two great talents. I am happy Lashley retained and Drew didn't look weak. Brilliant match.

Tag team termoil was an early piss break. It was just an excuse to get some on the card with makeshift teams.

Claudio Castagnoli vs Tyler Black was the match of the night. Two old ROH guys who will have known each other for the best part of twenty years and you can tell with the chemistry. It got the right finish and the fans popped for it too.

Raw tag team championship change is probably as a thank you to AJ for putting over Taker in his last ever match last year. I like the title change because New Day don't need the belts. Omos had his work kept minimal and it was a decent not outstanding match.

Bad Bunny and Damien Priest got the predictable victory. I hate it when talent have to put over a celebrity in a big match scenario. I have hated this since Bigelow lost to Lawrence Taylor so it's not a new thought LOL

Belair vs Banks was alright but I just don't care much for the womens division and if I split the six match card in half this main event wouldn't be in the top half.

You could tell how much the talent up their game because a live crowd was there and how excited they were to see fans again. Hogan co hosting with a black man was rather awkward. We hardly got any shots of the crowd. They really didn't want to show us how much social distancing was going on. Credit to everyone involved in filling air time during a delay for lightning.
