Tomic shits me so much it isn't even funny. He plays a slice game which relies on athleticism around the court which he doesn't have. On top of that he was returning Richard Freeking Gasquet's seve 10 feet behind the baseline. If you are concerned about Richard Gasquet's serve, that you shouldn't even be here. He plays far better when he plays aggressive.

To be honest I don't really give a shit about technique and things like that in Tennis. If it's an exciting match, I'm all for it. Was bored to tears with the men's game for a few years when it felt like all they did was win on serves or a return of serve

It was good to see a match that was close and it seemed like both were on par with each other.

I had Tomic to win at 15/8 which was better than Gasquet at 4/7 when you consider how hard Tomic is to break on grass.

That is some Centre Court schedule for those with tickets on monday.

Laura Robson has Australian parents and was born in Australia. Any articles about this on websites like Sydney Morning Herald?

Laura Robson has not received any media coverage at all in Australia.

Out of curiosity, does Tomic get talked about much over there. Obviously here he is rammed down our throats as he is our only decent mens player.

I'd love it for Murray to get knocked out sharpish! The hype around British sports stars in the major sports is shocking, we should all be getting behind Froome in the Tour De France instead lol!

John Mcenroe talks about him a fair bit on the BBC coverage. Ladbrokes Tennis expert yesterday had Gasquet to win in five sets.

I like the yellow shirt wearing Aussie fans that have followed Hewitt, Tomic, Stosur etc around the tournament.

Loud bastards are more like football fans LOL

The Fanatics? I have drank with them on numerous occasions at Davis Cup events. They are all like accountants and shit its so funny seeing them when they let loose.

Murray is looking better than he ever has, he's far more attacking now, he should take care of everyone besides Novak.

I was wanting to make another 100 quid profit from Wimbledon today but William Hills have made it harder. I wanted the Laura Robson match to be 2-2 after four games of the first set at 23/20 with the Serena Williams match being 1-1 after two games of the first set at odds of 7/10 in a double. Basically a couple of early breaks and a tenner would have paid back about 35 quid. For some reason they won't allow it in a double only two singles which is poor as both matches start at the same time. Anyway just gone for the Laura Robson match and hopefully that will come in and I can start looking at other bets.
