They definitely need to have the Brock match at some point, would be a hideous waste of bringing Lesnar back if they didnt.

They could even use the footage of that interview clash at UFC 121, it isnt owned by UFC. Plus all the kayfabe history they have with all the brutal matches from 2002.

its weird - the other day i actually dreamt that taker v kane in a buried alive match. I was the referee and i can't remember exactly what happened but they both ended up buried . That ended up being the last time either of them were seen in WWE.
Anyways yeah .... if that actually happens i want some sort of credit

When he retires, it wouldn't surprise me to see both Raw and SD be some kind of Taker appreciation night given his 22 years and counting with the company.

I highly doubt that he's done. The Undertaker is most certainly a "brand" in WWE and is one of the biggest stars in the history of the company. When Taker does decide to hang it up, believe me, there'll be no speculation about it because it'll be treated as a big deal, which it should be because it will be a big deal.

The Streak is a draw for WrestleMania. The last four years especially have featured Taker in some of the best matches in WM history and as long as Taker is physically able to perform and wants to continue doing it, then I don't look for it to end. Whenever Taker has returned the past few years as a WM special attraction, fan reaction & anticipation has been absolutely huge. The Streak is too profitable to just quietly walk away from, which is one reason why EVERYONE will know when Taker decides to call it a day.

It will be entirely up to him whether he wants a big send off.

Shawn Michaels deserved a massive send off more then anyone but instead he simply came out to RAW for 10 minutes as thanked everyone. Yes there was highlights through the night but Shawn obviously didn't want a big send off.

Undertaker certainly falls into that category as well and will get like you said a week of appreciation if he wants it.

I wouldn't be shocked if Undertaker didn't want a massive send off with a big speech about his career because he may want to keep the mystique alive, even in retirement. I'm not sure though, he definitely deserves to be sent off in style; the whole wrestling world would stop if Undertaker wanted it to, but as you say, it's up to him.

I can see Undertaker skipping a big production for his Last Ride.  He won't break character even then.  Heck, I can even envision him not showing up to be inducted into the WWE HoF.  Just because he wouldn't want to break the character's mystique.

The possibility of 'Taker winning the 'Rumble and getting a title shot at WrestleMania (likely the World Title on SmackDown) could draw a strong buyrate. That is by no means confirmed though.

I don't know. He seems to be now only caring about appearing once a year, as if doing a favor to the fans he even wrestles. My problem with Taker, as much as legendary as he is, it's the fact that he should retire already. But in his retirement he has no opponent worthy of retiring him, and I don't want to see a guy like Cena doing it.

About the possibility of him appearing at the Royal Rumble? Don't see it happening, only because the buyrate will already be off the hook with The Rock appearing on the show... So no, I don't see that happening.

Agreed.  With The Rock returning to fight for the WWE title would take away from Taker's appearance in the rumble match.  It's not so much that taker is up in age, but more about the toll his body has taken.  His last serious injury was a fractured orbital bone in his fight with Mysterio.
