watching season one of the Crazy Ones.

I do wonder if this was one of the projects Robin Williams took on that he didn't like.  it's David E. Kelly, so the dialogue is witty and slightly out there. Sarah Michelle Geller is pretty good in it, as are the rest of the supporting cast. pre-end credits, there are outtakes, and those Williams is in, he does seem like he's enjoying himself.  it's a bit short. not the season, though it is for obvious reasons, but the episodes are barely 20 minutes long.

It's pretty dull and the two leads have no chemistry or charisma for a film like that, but it's manageable to sit through it. The Sin City sequel had about 10 fold more nudity in it, for a comparison.

Literally just watched Fury as well, good film if you like the genre. Not up there with Hurt Locker or Saving Private Ryan but an interesting take on the latter part of WW2. Brad Pitt, Shia LeBoeuf and Jon Bernthal played the parts well, the mexican dude seemed somewhat miscast to me.

Watched Fury a few weeks back, thought it was fantastic and on a par with Hurt Locker and Private Ryan which are the best films for me of that genre. By far the best Brad Pitt film in a very long time. I thought they really nailed the realism of that part of the war.

Watched Interstellar recently as well, found it quite interesting although the really geeky space talk lost me a few times. Another very good film I saw was Nightcrawler, another gritty and realistic film, great performance from Jake Gyllenhall. Exodus: Gods and Kings is well worth a look if you're a fan of those sorts of films. Finally watched Pacific Rim as well which I thought was ok but a lot of silliness and cheesy acting.

Im watching through Keeping Up Appearances on netflix. Best thing the UK has ever given the world. Im up to where Daisy becomes a different actress, which happens in episode 7. It was really weird. But I love the show, grew up watching it on PBS.

Yes it was ok, when I watch the repeats now it still makes me laugh at all the ridiculous situations Hyacinth gets herself and her family into. Poor Richard eh, her hen pecked husband.
It certainly wasnt or isnt the best sitcom we've ever done though Wink
