I would never want ever read a book about this place lmao. I love it, but never would I read about it.

If you want to author something bro...do some research on a topic and get on the gogo!

Like Richo you clearly didn't read what I said on the first page, as it wouldn't be about this place.

It would be people who post here picking a topic or topics to write in depth about enough to create a book.

Thundarr proved it's possible to get it done if people stay positive and don't get sceptical.

I feel as though Im a little too new to the site to give a clear cut "Do it/Don't do it" but it would be an interesting read if you managed to get it done.
And which wrestler did you have invmind for the forward  if you were to do this? Foley or Jericho would definatly be good choices in my opinion.

I love the idea! Fan perspectives of wrestling might even sell, if it was promoted the right way. I'd definitely love to contribute to it. Heck, it might serve as a "behind the scenes look" at the IWC, if you will. I say we get Bret Hart to write the foreword, if we can. Or better yet, an indie star or someone like Daniel Bryan or CM Punk would be better. If that was even possible, of course.

Thundarr knows about this kind of stuff so he's good to have on board. My football club recently released a book that asked a few questions like best player ever, most memorable moment etc and each question had lots of fan views. We could do something similar maybe. Another idea would be a 'Wrestling Fueds Of 2011' book. We would pick the best wrestling fueds of the year and those who want to get involved write X amount of words max to get in. We would have to see what cost is first and see how many people would pay a nominal amount for a copy of the views of themselves and others on many different things.

If you can get all that, I would be more than happy to contribute.

This would be a great way for us to promote the site (perhaps?) and show that sometimes the IWC really isn't all that shallow when it comes to the business. The only thing, unfortunatly, is making sure that the content is actually worth putting in the book, because we all know there are some users who can't write worth shit.

If you Google 'self publishing' it gives lots of good tips. We would decide together what goes to print, and those we don't think are good enough we can tell them how to write it better so they get chosen to go into the book. If we did a paperback book that looked good we could probably sort it for no more than ten pounds/dollars each, which would be nothing for people to see their views forever in print, and those of others they respect here. IWC is generally negative so i'd think about saying what we don't like and how we would do something better so it's constructive and not complete bashing. I believe Amazon sell books for people through self publishing, so other wrestling fans could see our book on there and purchase one, or at least check out here to see if they want to sign up.
