I don't think that will have made a difference. Sasha is easy to dislike and Nutjob Bayley is a character fans will get behind.

Quote Bayley vs. Sasha Banks doesn't appear to be scheduled for WWE Extreme Rules this Sunday as their match hasn't been announced and there's already 10 matches on the actual PPV and one match announced for the Kickoff show. As we reported not too long ago, WWE was considering putting this match off until SummerSlam and the fact that the two are supposed to report back to Kurt Angle from their counseling session next week on Raw seems to suggest they won't wrestle until August.

The skits between them this week weren't as good. It gave them women a couple of mondays off, so they won't mind too much.

I can see it next week Kurt in the ring, Bayley/Sasha getting along, something happens, the women start battering eachother, Kurt gets mad, end of segment.

San Diego? As in, where she lives NOW? Because her hometown, the town she grew up in, is Newark California, just south of San Francisco and north of San Jose. She currently resides in Austin Texas.

John Cena however, born and raised in West Newberry Massachusetts, and currently living primarily in Tampa Florida, has his reality show house in San Diego.

Bayley was not a 'hometown' girl in San Diego. Her hometown is 450 miles away.

Quote We see a video package looking at the issues between Bayley and Sasha Banks, and Kurt Angle ordering Bayley to go counseling. Michael Cole introduces footage of their first counseling session, and we go to a pre-taped segment in a doctor's office setting. Bayley is sitting in the waiting room when Sasha walks in and immediately starts arguing with Bayley. The doctor, Dr. Shelby, walks in and asks them to follow him into his office - which he likes to call the friend zone. The counselor starts advising Bayley and Sasha about friendship.

We go back to Sasha and Bayley's counseling session, where the doctor is getting frustrated. Sasha and Bayley mock each other, and then they start arguing. The doctor gets mad and yells, and the segment ends with "to be continued..."

I think the crowd last week spoilt a Bayley heel turn. When she took out Sasha commentary was very down and disgusted with her. But the crowd popped so loudly what commentary was saying soon changed to seeing her point. It was as if Vince was in their ear piece saying change of direction lads....

You can intimidate conga line civilians like Mojo or vandalise rental cars like Braun and nothing happens. You attack another wrestler and you get sent to therapy, E logic....

On the plus side we got to see the return of Doctor Shelby Big smile

Yes , I agree with a Smackdown move for Sasha but they’ve done shook up so to speak so I guess we got what we got.

After seeing all this this week it just seemed like WWE was leading to a literal kiss and make up session like it's 2003. They really need to escalate the heat between the two and not is some sexual tension way like this week, OR they need a loser leaves Raw for Smackdown match. IMO that would be best. Sasha on Smackdown would be great for Sasha vs Becky, & more of Sasha vs Asuka & Sasha vs Charlotte.

Yes, this has been going on for far to long. I would have like to seen one of them moved to Smackdown. Sasha’s status as a “boss” keeps sliding down and down the pole while Bayley never really to me was a main playing in the women’s division. She is a great draw for the kids but really that’s about it. They have put the strap on Sasha just to turn around and quickly take it off. I don’t know but to me they both need to be away from each other. It’s very stale. This isn’t the besties like Lita and Trish.

Quote Sasha Banks vs. Bayley: The opening bell sounds and both women come out strong. Bayley goes for a springboard off the middle rope, but slips, and Sasha takes advantage and beats on Bayley. Bayley finally comes back and hits an elbow to the face, then a spinning reverse suplex off the middle rope for a two count. They fight to the apron and Sasha hits several knees to the face, then throws Bayley back in the ring and hits a flying knee off the top for a two count. They start slapping each other in the face then exchanging punches. Sasha gets the upper hand and hits a running knee to the face, then she locks in the Banks Statement. The Riott Squash runs in and starts beating down Sasha, and the ref calls the bell.

Winner: Bayley via DQ

- After the match, The Riott Squad beats down both Sasha and Bayley.

I expected us to not get a clean finish, as it's been built up for far too long, to have a decisive winner in a throwaway Raw match.

The only way this should come to an end is with a clean finish on PPV to whoever wins.

There was enough in their short exchanges to give us a taster of better things to come, when they meet again.
