Disagree with the first part, he's stocky but a shortarse which makes him look weird. Type of guy Heyman could have got over in the ECW days, a la Taz.

Big E has the most qualities they would look for in a top WWE talent, I think the one downside is his look and style is just a bit too comedic, he would have to get serious to move out of the mid-card.

Xavier is great on the mic but they tend to not use him in the ring as much as the other two which makes me think they have doubts about his ring skills. From what I've seen though he's pretty solid in there.

Kofi had pushes in the past and they never succeeded, he had a bit of a reputation for injuring people in matches as well which obviously didn't help.

Ive only known Big E become a star since his tag team push (in the WWF that is). He was a bodyguard to AJ Lee & Dolph Ziggler to begin with wasnt he, which was a very underwhelming role for him.
I remember Kofi as the always impressive high flyer who's career seemed to hit a brick wall all of a sudden when his push ended.
And out of the three, Xavier has surprised me the most because I just used to think he was more comedy material on the mic rather than a genuine in ring player.

Big E is tremendously talented. He was a really good NXt champion and never really got a true shot at the main titles.

He has the most intangibles out of the three, Kofi has the most talent and Xavier has the most promise.

A gradual organic heel turn, as they take offense to being over-looked as SDL tag champion contenders. Call out "executive management" for wasting their talents as host of WM33 when they should have been in the main event... or something like that.

Personally, I'd love to see Xavier Woods challenge for the Cruiserweight title (with Big E acting as his heater).

I like the idea of the heel turn done on a slow burn, as faces their act has become stale and cheesy and I also noticed they were showing subtle signs of a heel turn recently.

One thing WWE does need to do is select one member for a singles push, Big E is the obvious choice but then again you could argue Kofi has paid his dues and deserves it.

Kofi used to get pushed big time didnt he, and remember when they changed his caribbean accent to his normal American one. Bit of an own goal that was!

Agreed. A change of scenery is good but they still need to freshen up their whole act, I would say a heel turn is a good idea as lately their material has been so lame and cheesy some fans do seem to be starting to reject them. Turning heel would allow them to be a bit more edgy.

I would also like to see one of them get a decent singles run, Kofi or Big E.

I'm hoping an heel turn is coming because keeping them together doing the same stale act, but just on another show would be boring.

They could even use Kofi being injured as a reason for the turn, having the other two attack him as the weak link.

They can't be given stupidly drawn out segments still when the show is an hour less.
