Quote From Jim Ross Website

My sources tell me that Impact Wrestling is going to permanently ditch the TNA initials and that their TV tapings going forward in Orlando will be done in four day increments which will make the talents and crew happier and more productive.

Good idea because you think of tits and ass for those initials so they could never be taken seriously LOL

Now they have to live upto the name Impact or it's false advertising to the fanbase.

Good idea also not to film too far in advance in one go, just to save money.

Seriously WWE please buy them and put them out of their misery.

The video library and a small handful of the talent roster are worth having. It's become painful now, they either need serious investment or to just give up and no one is going to invest big money in a company with such a history of failure.

Quote  For what it's worth, Anthem Sports and multiple prospective buyers are both denying that there are any negotiations to purchase Impact Wrestling, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio.

-- While those in the company believe there is no imminent sale, Meltzer added that it should be noted that even if there were talks going on, all parties would be actively denying it anyway. The only change that appears to be happening - other than Jeff Jarrett being on the outs - is that the company is moving their headquarters from Nashville, TN to Toronto, ON.

-- Impact's creative team will now be headed by John Gaburick (who was in charge under Carter), Scott D’Amore, and Sonjay Dutt. Jim Cornette is technically not on the creative team, but has stated that he would give his input when asked.

People are having fun claiming that Vince is going to be on Smackdown on Tuesday to announce he's purchased TNA... obviously that's not why he's scheduled, but that doesn't stop them.

Even if he had purchased TNA I don't think it would be considered ground breaking enough to make a storyline out of.

It would more than likely be a bit more low key as in a news item on WWE.com and maybe a Network show addressing it.
