* Rookie of the year having people vote Pope even though he turned up well into the year and then had time off? He's hard been around.

* Angelina Love Knockout of the year even though she was stupid enough to be an illegal immigrant?

* I'll have a good think before giving my answers.

Aha, I may be a Raven mark but I did choose it simply because I loved how he returned Smile. Nothing better than a fireball/Evenflow combo (which Mick sold VERY well).
I'm surprised you didn't comment on my wrestler of the year LOL.

nah. i love scottie. for a broken down old man, he really does do some good stuff. i never woulda expected him to hit frankensteiners in 2009.

and lest we forget: Scott Steiner doesnt discriminate against age.

Wrestler of the Year: Kurt Angle - Kurt had the most quality matches of the year, he was the TNA champion alot, he put Matt Morgan over and had a great match with him, had the most tv time than anyone, if you dont pick Kurt I dont know what youve been watching. LoL. The man is a wrestling clinic and feud building genius. Only Y2J was better than Angle of 09, I will admit that... But man, what I would give to had see them have a feud in 09...
**Honorable mention, Sting**

Tag Team of the Year: Beer Money inc. - Held the titles forever, had the best Tag match of 09 at Lockdown with 3D, had the best feuds of any tag team.... I mean, ya... Beer Money is the most over tag team in the states, and arguably the best. really its not even close with the rest of the field because everyone was getting owned by them on PPV.
**Honorable mention, The Beautiful People**

Comeback of the Year: Eric Young - Anyone not selecting him is outside of sanity. The guy went from long time jobber and bum to a really solid mid carder. He once was a jackass who at best could thump and take alot of bumps, but now his mic skills have improved tremendously and his in ring work is pretty damn crisp. BTW, who has done a spike pile driver better the last 10yrs? Dont worry, I'll wait...
**Honorable mention, Amazing Red.**

Knockout of the Year: The Beautiful People -  This was a very down year for the TNA womens division. With Gail Kim gone, Tara losing a step (and crying every promo), Roxxi leaving, and Love eventually being deported this is a tough choice for the wrong reasons. I have to cop out and give it to the Beautiful People as a whole. As far as entertainment goes this is the best group of women out there. Love was awesome at her promos and when booked right she put on really good matches. Sky was smoking hot and took over nice for Love. As for Rayne and Lacey, Rayne did just fine with some solid promo work and as long as Lacey just stands there being pretty she is OK too.
**Honorable mention, Sarita**

Best Pay-Per-View: Turning Point - Aside from the Knockout tag team match, from top to bottom I enjoyed every match as much as possible. red vs Homicide was great match and the right guy won. The triple threat tag team match, Lashley's best match since hes been in TNA vs Steiner, Tara and Kong however anticlimactic was really good. And then the 2 main events. As far as a 2 piece chicken dinner goes on a PPV, no PPV for either WWE or TNA had 2 matches on the card that were equal in superb greatness. The rematch triple threat and Wolfie vs Angle, both delivered to the highest and much better than anyone would expect such young feuds to produce. Best PPV of 2009, not just for TNA, but for all of wrestling.
**Honorable Mention, Bound for Glory**

Worst Pay-Per-View: Sacrifice -  I have said a few times I dont think Victory Road was the worst for a few reasons, but if you wanna know why I didnt choose it, just go search it. LoL. Sacrifice is the worst because all the way down I dont remember one good match. The main event Ultimate Sacrifice made no sense and was a bore to watch the same 4 guys in yet another main event. I think A.J vs Booker T was OK, Beer Money and The Brits had a solid match, Joe vs Nash was terrible, and I think Suicide and Daniels went to a draw. Which PPVs should never, EEEEVVVVEEEERRR have draws.
**Honorable mention, Victory Road**

Best Match of the Year: Kurt Angle vs Jeff Jarrett, pt2 (Genesis) - Everything leading to this match was gold. The angle, the hype, the promos, the 1st match they had, everything was perfect. Bound for Glory 2008 these two put on an awesome match, but I knew that part 2 would be better. I was soo right. For the angle storyline of this feud, the match was booked to perfection. It was a bloody hardcore, match as it should have been. By far, everything about this match and the feud that lead to it was my favorite part of 2009. For me its a classic, every aspect.
**Honorable mentions, A.J Styles vs Samoa Joe vs Daniels (Turning Point) Desmond Wolfe vs Kurt Angle (Turning Point)**

Worst Match of the Year: Sharmell vs Jenna Morasca (Victory Road) - Do I need explain why I think this match was the worst?
**No one match comes close. Nothing was a vile as this.**

Feud of the Year: Jarrett vs Angle -  Its the only feud that got tv time for both kayfabe and reality feud. These 2 had in my opinion 2 awesome matches, only one being in 2009 though... None the less, this feud had great chemistry (probably because Double J was humpin Kurts wife...) and it produced good to great matches. I wish, we could have saw a 3rd one on one, but Jarrett was gone for a while. Still I have to give it to this feud.
**Honorable mention, Kurt Angle vs Matt Morgan**

Rookie Award: Desmond Wolfe - Alot of thought went into this one. It is by far the hardest one to pick. After mulling it over I have to select Wolfe. While Pope has been with TNA a bit longer, no one as done more in such a short time ever. Wolfe makes wrestling look like an art form, Wolfe is an artist and he is the Picasso of wrestlers. Dont get me wrong, I mark out for Pope, but to just sit down and relax and to watch Desmond Wolfe wrestle is like meditation. Everything just melts away as you watch what could be the greatest wrestler of the next generation of wrestlers.
**Honorable mention, Pope D'Angleo Dinero**

Jobber of the Year: Kiyoshi - He has alot of talent, he put on great web matches. Seeing as hes a jobber, I really dont have much to say because TNA doesnt use their jobbers like WWE.
**Honorable mention, Kip James**
