Yet another reason TNA signing Rampage Jackson is a good thing. Mainstream appeal and notoriety. I wouldn't say it's exactly like WWF working with Mike Tyson, perhaps more like WWF signing Kurt Angle, but it's not a bad thing at all.

This news story was on my homepage when I opened my browser. Try and find any other Pro-Wrestler that makes that kind of news without killing his wife and kid.

I'm surprised that an Ortiz-Rampage fight would get mainstream attention. Both guys haven't had a win in 2 years. They both lost the last 3 fights they had in UFC. I guess the appeal would be that one of them would finally get a win.

Tito should point out that he was in TNA first, back in 2005. Tito should start training for wrestling. Then in a year or so, the Tito-Rampage rematch could happen in TNA.

They both looked horrible is their last few match in the UFC. Rampage fought like he was about to have a stroke again Glover.

Always loved what Tito did so I am right behind him. If TNA signed him over Rampage I would actually watch TNA.

It's gonna be horrible, they are both shot to bits, Rampage sounds punch drunk, and to top it off they are both friends so won't go balls to the wall anyway.

Bellator to UFC is turning out what TNA is to the WWE, just a bush league imitation of a better product. Started off as a legit alternative but now it's a reject promotion.

Spike seems to be the home for 2nd rate indy feds.

UFC made the same mistake that WWE made; they bought up all their competition and ended up with a glut of talent they can't possibly utilize. Plenty of UFC guys have jumped to smaller promotions just looking for a chance to shine (or shine again.) Plus UFC has their semi-official 3-loss rule; so turnout remains steady.

MTV Networks is turning Bellator into a the Junior UFC. To satisfy the demands of producing weekly TV shows, the tournament format is slowly being pushed to the background and emphasis is moved towards "the big fight."

The fight is now off.

Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney on Friday made the announcement on a conference call with media members.

Bellator 106 will still take place Nov. 2 at Long Beach Arena in California. But instead of airing on pay-per-view, the card will air on Spike TV with a four-fight main card over three hours, with three title fights that were serving as the undercard to Ortiz (16-11-1 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) vs. Quinton Jackson (32-11 MMA, 0-0 BMMA), which had been the headliner.

I think it is far more likely that Ortiz vs. Rampage will end up in a TNA ring.

This post injured Tito Ortiz's neck.

If his neck is as bad as what he has said over the second half of the career than he really should call it in. The dude won't even get back into the UFC little known have any sort of run in the promotion. The fight with Bader ended the embarrassment that he had created, he should retire and try to live of that.

Maybe they can just have Rampage and King Mo bang Jenna Jameson to further this storyline.

Chandler vs Alvarez was always the one to watch on this card, you guys get it for free now.

Thanks Tito!
