I was surprised to be able to get Savage and HBK in that late in the first round, then again we do only have 8 players.

Aye, I think everyone actually got who they wanted, for the most part.

Yeah HBK isn't the first over draft pick nearly so often anymore.

I AM a little surprised you picked both of them though since I used them for my main event 2 seasons ago.

Who said anything about me doing Savage/Shawn ...well, depending on who I get next.

Last time I played the likes of Balor, Owens and Reigns weren’t as big of names as they are now so it’s good to see there’s more variety when it comes to top picks.

Yeah I specifically avoided saying they were your main event despite being your first two, and that's why I said a little surprised.

After all my first two picks aren't going to be my main event... Most likely.

Exactly, that's the thing about the longevity of this game is that as newer talent rise higher they simultaneously become higher and promotions' Ticket Wars cards.

And on that same note, not that I'm gonna mention any names, but there's a lot of people who weren't big or maybe not even in the business at all yet when I did my 2012 Estrogen card that have now become priorities for me; and I have to balance them with the classic people I still want.

That all being said, The Rock has never been drafted #1 overall before, and Shawn Michaels has never fallen this low.

No better proof than to compare the first round of TW 1 to now:

TW 1
Round 1:
1. Jeff Jarrett EFA PICK
2. Shawn Michaels PWA PICK
3. Ultimate Warrior VTHW PICK
4. Bret Hart BITCH PICK
5. Rey Misterio Jr. EPW PICK
6. Steve Austin KWK PICK
7. Kane WEW PICK
8. Rob Van Dam EWA PICK
9. The Rock TNA PICK
10. CM Punk RAWR PICK
11. Hulk Hogan CWF PICK

TW XIV:
Rico's RWF -  The Rock
#Heel's XWF - The Undertaker OSD Paul Bearer
L-Shizzel's WWW - The Big Dog Roman Reigns
Lenny's UCW - "The Texas Rattlesnake" Stone Cold Steve Austin
Kondor's KWK - "The Empress of Tomorrow" Asuka
Dukezilla's PPW - "The Beast" Brock Lesnar
DemonDuck's VWL - The Phenomenal One" A.J. Styles
Collywog's RCW - "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels

8 years can make a hell of a difference.
Only 3 first rounders from TW 1 went drafted in the first for this game.
Punk went early in the 2nd, big names like Hogan, Warrior, and Hart are still undrafted.

Guys like RVD and Kane I could easily see dropping to the mid to late rounds. Jarrett? Wouldn't be surprised if he went undrafted this time.

And that marks the first missed pick of the game.
