Thought it was great, loved hearing them talk about the current tag teams. Not enough controversy, though. I preferred seeing him tear Vince apart.

Anyone else seen the Lesnar edition yet?

Brock really is what people say he is. He does what is best for him and his family and that is the end of it. I have to respect the guy for that. He also said he's got a few years in WWE at least so that's a bonus. Plus the line of the night "I need to feed the Jew" LOL

I might catch that tonight, or tomorrow, or the next day... depends on what's going on. Kids are home this week from school, and my wife and today and tomorrow off from work. We'll be gone tomorrow. I have time right this second to fit it in but I don't know if I want to watch it "right now". I'll catch it before the week is out for sure though.

There were parts that I liked but there were also parts of it that bored the fuck out of me. Brock, I don't care about what you drive, like to grill, like to listen to, or what hunting equipment you like to use. I just want to hear about wrestling, but evidentally, Brock doesn't care enough about it to really talk a lot about it, which that's a damn shame because for a podcast, people would think that there's gonna be a lot of wrestling talk, backstage and road stories, etc. Not very much of that here, which is one disappointment I had about watching this. I understand that this is how Austin talks to people, but in this case, it just really bored me. And we don't often see Brock in this kind of environment and I thought he held himself up well here. I hope that next, we get The Undertaker on the Stone Cold Podcast

Just more evidence of the similarities between Brock and Goldberg. But Goldberg gets trashed because he was WCW. Bah.

I've downloaded the audio version and hope to give it a listen over the weekend.

I've always respected the fact that Brock isn't a people person and prefers to enjoy his own company shutting himself away from society, it's very similar to me in a lot of ways. There's also nothing wrong with doing a job just to provide yourself with quality of life, in any rate just because he isn't super-passionate about wrestling doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy it, few put on a better or more convincing show than Brock in the ring so if he was literally phoning it in every time it wouldn't come across as well.

I just remember Bill Goldberg getting attacked and trashed by fans because he would never talk about how much he loved wrestling, and just called it a job.

Now that Brock is saying the same thing, and he was a bully growing up, and doesn't want to associate with the other wrestlers, people still latch on to him the same way the latched on to CM Punk.

All I see is more anti-WCW bias.

Goldberg may not have been legit like Brock, but he played the part as a character far better, and would have gladly been the John Cena character back in the early 2000's if it weren't still trashy sleazy crap. He'd have done a far better job at it than Cena too.

Listened to the Lesnar podcast, I thought Brock came across well, he seemed to be a more intelligent man than you'd ever expect and a smart businessman.

People are completely over-reacting about his attitude toward the wrestling business, he said he loves performing in the ring and that's his passion, he just hated the road and chooses not to take part in all the backstage goings on, he treats it like a job and clocks in does his thing and clocks out, he doesn't allow it to engulf his life like guys like Cena have.

He also openly admitted he doesn't like being around people which also explains a lot of why he conducts himself the way he does backstage, seems that much like me Brock is a solitary individual who prefers his own company to being surrounded by lots of folk, when he said about being on his property and preferring to see lots of land rather than his neighbours that sounded like heaven.

Mick Foley has caught some heat. As an ambassador to the wwe he has publically stated he may never watch Raw again because of the horrible storytelling/booking.

Austin also an ambassador, also having echoed many of the same sentiments about how the current product is being presented, just interviewed Foley about his statement.

Thanks to my dog being an asshole and waking me up in the.middle of the night I have been reading the Facebook posts about this interview and it has people in an uproar.

I have yet to give the interview a listen though so I will do that if I ever get a chance to fall back asleep, but apparently Foley went to bat for Sasha Banks and has said that at 70, Vince can no longer understand his demographics personally and needs to leave final booking decisions to someone younger who can identify with the audience. And Austin is backing Foley up.
