I was starting to get bored with them until they cut that promo on Raw which i thought was very good

Hopefully they get a decent push and perhaps move into the tag team title picture because Titus Worldwide shouldnt be anywhere near the tag title picture

I think they're going to have to work even harder than normal to prove they're worthy of being in the tag division on the main roster than in NXT. They're so small, that it's hard to take them seriously. Skill-wise they are out of this world good, but because they work a realistic style that is so smart, size works against them rather than for them.

I'm rooting for them though because they're easily the best working tag team I've seen in a VERY long time.

The promo they cut the week before Raw 25 was even better with mentioning being wrestlers not sports entertainers and taking the piss out of guys in the back wanting to play video games.

Quote The Revival vs. Heath Slater vs. Rhyno: Slater fires up on Dawson early on and sends him outside for a breather. Back in the ring, Dawson comes back with a cross armbreaker. Dash comes in and starts working over Slater's shoulder. Rhyno finally gets the tag and starts cleaning house. Rhyno hits a flying shoulder block off the middle rope, then a belly to belly suplex on Dawson. Slater takes out Dash, but then Dawson takes out Rhyno's knee from behind. Dash comes back in now and they hit the Shatter Machine on Rhyno for the three count.

Winners: The Revival

- The Revival does an interview after the match where they grill Charly Caruso for not knowing her wrestling history. They taunt the fans for chanting ECW and "trying to get themselves over."

Predictable win as it should be, but I still hate their Raw 25 booking and so it's going to take a while to take them seriously.

I did chuckle at them making a fool out of the lack of wrestling history Caruso knows.

I don't see a big future for them especially since at least one of them keeps getting injured.

All the momentum they had from NXT is long gone now and it will take some time to build them up again.

The booking from Raw 25 was pretty shit all It did was an unnecessary nostalgia moment for DX and then Finn got to be part of the boys for the night that was it they should've used a couple of jobbers for that instead and by jobbers I mean like Curt Hawkins and maybe some other dude.

As far as I'm aware, they had separate I juries that sidelined them. However your point still stands, as a unit, injuries are not helping them gain any sort of momentum at all.

It's a real shame, actually. They are the best tag team the current incarnation of MXT have ever created. And it's been a real struggle for them on the main roster.

I think if they will start to be pushed much more towards the end of the year, when they can prove to management they can stay injury free for more than a few months.

You wouldn't want to waste time booking strongly someone that you expect to break back down at any moment.

But they should still be winning more regularly than they are doing.

Yes they do have the old school feel and certainly hope that they get their moment to shine. Ah, the throwback to the days of Ole and Gene Anderson

Unfortunately for them, nowadays, no one cares about old school wrestling.

Fans of NXT and other federations may be but i highly doubt any of the general current WWE audiences really care about old school wrestling..... plus to them Randy Orton and John Cena are old school

You know? I don't think that's QUITE fair. I mean, I totally get where you're coming from and I would agree to an extent, but I think it's a culture that could easily change if WWE put in the effort. NXT is presented a lot differently than what you see with the main roster, but I think if the main roster were to get the same kind of presentation as NXT, like what you see from time to time like when they had the gauntlet match a few months back, the fans could and would get into it and grow to accept it as the norm and I don't THINK (I could be wrong I guess) the casual fans would reject that kind of presentation.

To me, I think they need a good balance of the entertainment values of promos, and dumb skits about whatever, but I think the matches leave a lot to be desired, and I don't think the fans would have any kind of negative reaction to seeing the matches given more attention like what we see in NXT.

So the past couple of weeks The Revival have been the most interesting that theyve ever been and they have had quite a few decent results / performances.

They seem intent on feuding with Reigns and 1 other - maybe this is a backup with the Lesnar situation or do you think we could see Revival v Reigns Ambrose?

The Shatter Machine is awesome
