Yeah Big E has IT. I look forward to him breaking off and tweaking his character a bit. His promos are badass and hilarious, but the act is crap IMO. It's like The Rock while in the Nation of Domination. Look at him then, and then look at him in 2002, and you can see that the NoD Rock had everything the 2002 Rock had, but the act had changed, and he'd perfected his craft. That's very similar to how I see Big E today compared to where he very likely could be in another 3-5 years.

I think it really hit home on Raw not so long ago when Big E wrestled Cena in the main event, even with his comedic New Day gimmick Big E looked like he belonged there. Kofi and Woods are great and both vital cogs in what makes New Day such a entertainment machine but it's definitely E that has the it factor.

I would love to see E get a singles push while still part of New Day, the gimmick has tons of mileage in it yet so would be terrible to see them broken up prematurely.

When you look it at, they all have their place. Big E has added that charismatic side to his character since being in New Day, he either wasn't allowed to show it before and he's become confident enough to show it, either way it's worked for him.

I look at the three of them slightly different. I believe they have out grown the Tag Title now so it would be brilliant to see them going for singles titles. Kofi is always a mid carder and has held the IC strap what 4 times? US champion 3 times? So another midcard title reign with either strap is believable. Big E could go as far as they want him to in all honesty. Now he's been allowed this extra layer, like you guys I could see him Main Eventing. Xavier seems the odd one out but when guys like Santino & Ryder have held mid card titles, why can't Woods hold the one Kofi doesn't have?

Big E has come a long way, it's like a different guy from when he was in NXT and then on the main roster as Dolph Ziggler's bodyguard. Back then he looked green and would nervously stutter through his promos.

But his confidence has just grown and grown and he seems to have found his niche in his New Day role, surprises me really as I originally saw him as more of a Goldberg type powerhouse not a more comedic character.

Pimpy turn me on (heheh) to his comedic side pretty early. I never did see him much as Soulberg though. I saw him more of a Big Poppa Pump kind of guy.

Quote The music hits and out come WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day to a big pop. They go to do their promos and start dancing as fans sing about wanting some booty. Big E says things didn’t go as planned at WrestleMania. However, Kofi Kingston says he did get to twerk with Shawn Michaels. Kofi brings up Steve Austin hitting a Stunner on Xavier Woods. Woods admits it was his own fault after reviewing the tape. They say but everything was lit and the crowd pops. They have the last piece of Booty O’s cereal from their entrance last night.

Fans chant for Booty O’s and they worship the last piece of cereal. Woods brings up The League of Booty and says they will remain the WWE Tag Team Champions after tonight. Big E gets the “New Day rocks” chant going as we go to commercial.

WWE Tag Team Title Match: Sheamus and King Barrett vs. The New Day

Back from the break and Lilian Garcia is dancing with The New Day. We see Italian and French announce teams at ringside as Sheamus, King Barrett, Rusev and Alberto Del Rio come out.

Sheamus and Kofi go at it to start the match. The New Day ends up taking control early on and dancing. A distraction allows Sheamus to push Kofi off the top to the floor. Barrett sends Kofi into the apron and brings him back in for a 2 count. Barrett keeps control as we go to commercial.

Back from the break and Sheamus is in control of Kofi. Sheamus mocks the wave the crowd is doing. Kofi turns it around and both go down. Big E and Barrett tag in. Big E with a belly-to-belly suplex and another. Big E knocks Sheamus off the apron and hits Barrett with a third belly-to-belly. Big E dances over Barrett and hits the big splash as Woods plays Francesca 2. Big E runs into a knee in the corner. Big E sends Barrett into Sheamus on the apron, knocking him off. Big E scoops Barrett and Kofi goes up top for the double team and the win.

Winners: The New Day

Typical night after victory to make up for losing at Wrestlemania the night before. Vince and his creative team has always loved doing that through the years.

They have only been babyfaces again a couple of weeks, but they are already harder to watch and the Unicorn and cereal references are tiresome.

A huge part of what made them good was how funny as heels they were. Now they are sucking upto the crowd, it's just not the same.

I've always found them tiresome myself. I was kind of looking forward to seeing them in a feud with Cass & Enzo though.

About the best thing about them at the moment is their catchphrases.

Didn't like their in ring segment on Raw. Found the jokes to be poor.

To say they have been tag team champions for so long, they have gone reletively quiet.

Yeah I'm completely over them. I would have wanted to see them feud with Cass & Enzo, but with Enzo out for who knows how long, I'd rather just see Big E. turn heel but keep his persona and turn it up.

Who wants them to break the all time title record of Demolition? Not me. The record breaks if they get past the December 12th Raw so lets hope someone beats them no later than that night.

They will always have their place in history anyway due to the length of the run which for me is always more important than the amount of title runs. For example I think too much is made of how many title runs Ric Flair had because it just means he lost a shitload of title matches. The booking of New Day because of that reason has been good.

I also want to see them stay as over without so much airtime that being a title holder brings.
