He has said many of the same things echoed by Moxley and also CM Punks pipebomb promo. You're right that he may be losing his passion, but maybe he is just finding a way deal with his creative stifling in WWE.

Quote  According to a report from Dave Meltzer on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Live, there are a number of talents that want to leave WWE right now. This includes many more than the names we’ve been reporting on. Meltzer said that “a few that can be counted on 1-2 hands” have inquired about what’s outside of WWE and several of the names “would shock you.”Of course, The Revival, The Good Brothers, Sasha Banks, and Luke Harper have all asked for or are rumored to have wanted their releases.

Also, TJP, Hideo Itami, Tye Dillinger, and Dean Ambrose have all left the company this year.

I'd forgotten about Hideo Itami/Kenta, he would be a good catch for AEW but chances are he's going back to Japan. I wonder who these names are that are shocking, I remember a while back seeing a rumour about Randy Orton and then another about the Usos. I think any tag-team would have to consider AEW given the top status the tag division seems to have there so far while in WWE tag team wrestling still remains a bit of a after thought. One name that came to mind for me recently is Ted Dibiase jnr. Not sure how involved he is with wrestling anymore but he's still young and at one time was considered one of the hottest young prospects in the business before it all went wrong for him in WWE for reasons I'm still not sure of. He has history with Cody and will still carry some name value.

When they say "shocking" to me that means guys like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, & Charlotte Flair. All of whom I would think would be THE MOST loyal to WWE and most well taken care of by WWE.

Basically anyone else I would be able to think of some excuse for them to leave that wouldn't make it at all surprising to me.

Of course completely unthinkable would be someone like John Cena, or you know, Chris Jericho the man who said he would never work for another wrestling company in north america.

They are the exact sort of names i think of when i think of shocking too.

Perhaps some guys like AJ Styles, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayb are amongst them having had quite the background on the indie scene and are probably relishing the chance to get back to "wrestling" again.

Whilst i really want AEW to build their own stars, which im sure they will - i really want a really big name to join that would cause the sort of shock Meltzer is eluding too.

The trouble is the names that would cause the shock, i cant necessarily see fitting into the AEW product, maybe Rollins is the only example.

Names i do consider fitting in would be Asuka, Shinsuke, Cesaro, Sasha, Big E, Andrade .... but none of them would generate that "Shock"

Maybe some of the NXT roster could be considered a shock? Guys like Gargano, Ciampa and Undisputed Era would be great signings for AEW

So I thought I'd take a more in depth look at this and kind of categorise the talent that we could see in AEW in the not too distant future.....

So first we have the guys and girls who currently seem unhappy in WWE, they've either voiced frustration publicly, are clearly just going through the motions on screen and/or are not exactly high on the card as a result.
So this category will be called -

LIKELY TO GO TO AEW:

Sasha Banks
The Revival
Rusev
Shinsuke Nakamura
Luke Gallows
Karl Anderson
Luke Harper
ECIII

The next list is talent that are perhaps not unhappy right now but maybe have been in the past or are not a particularly good fit for the WWE environment and could easily drop off the radar in the future and become a bit like Jon Moxley did, and while they might have accepted WWE is the place to be in terms of financial security they could still be very tempted by AEW.
Also in the case of some NXT guys its just too soon to say, guys like Cole and Riddle are standouts in NXT but once Vince gets his claws in to them on the main roster things could be so very different. So this list will be called -

50/50:

Finn Balor
Kevin Owens
Andrade
Dolph Ziggler
Sami Zayn
Adam Cole
Kassius Ohno
Cesaro
Bobby Lashley
Samoa Joe
Johnny Gargano
Tomassa Ciampa
Matt Riddle
Aleister Black
The Ascension
Zack Ryder
Mickie James
Asuka
Tamina Snuka
Shayna Baszler

Ok so now we move to the less likely talent, the guys/girls that we think will probably be happy in WWE and easily see it as a career for life and even if their head did get turned by AEW could be talked in to staying, but at the same time cannot be ruled out and if they did jump ship it would be surprising but not exactly shocking, so this list can be called -

UNLIKELY BUT NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION:

Seth Rollins
Randy Orton
Drew McIntyre
The Usos
The Hardy Boyz
AJ Styles
Daniel Bryan
Kofi Kingston
The New Day
Rey Mysterio
Braun Strowman
Bray Wyatt
Elias
Velveteen Dream
Bayley
Lacey Evans
Paige
Nia Jax
Alexa Bliss

So now we come to the names that would be shocking if they jumped, the names that are seen as WWE for life and have no reason to be anything less than perfectly content with life in WWE and even if AEW came along with a huge money offer then WWE would counter with a offer the said talent couldn't refuse. So basically oniy a CM Punk/Ultimate Warrior level fall out with WWE could see these names even considering a AEW contract. So this list will be called -

SHOCKING:

John Cena
Roman Reigns
Brock Lesnar
Triple H
The Undertaker
Shane McMahon
The Miz
Ronda Rousey
Charlotte Flair
Becky Lynch

So that's quite a short list, I include The Miz as he's the one guy I consider WWE for life who isn't called Reigns or Cena, he's home grown, it's opened the door to movies and tv for him, they've taken care of his family, he may not always be in the main event but he's clearly a highly valued talent, and even if he retired from the ring tomorrow I think he would find another role in WWE or commit to Hollywood full-time. Plus he just looks happy there and has never stated anything to suggest any different.
