Another week and another defeat for Tensai. That said management didn't lose faith in him before most of us fans because we wouldn't have signed him back in the first place.

E programming hasn't seen a gut on a guy like that since Braden Walker was around, and we know how much his conditioning pissed off management.....

I'm already waiting for the last resort to get him over, which will be a face turn as a comedy character.

Quote -- The Tensai vs. Sheamus match on Monday Night RAW reportedly impressed WWE officials, and many feel that it was his most impressive match since returning to WWE. Officials liked the hard-hitting match and feel Tensai is picking up steam while the character is slowly being repackaged.

They were right to be impressed, I really enjoyed the realistic looking, power-based contest.

Based on that it would seem Tensai could be usefull in a upper mid-card role working with the top guys putting them over, kind of how WWE use the Great Khali at times but the difference is Tensai can work a strong match of a decent length.

He was never going to make more than an upper midcarder at best anyway so with him finally having a very good outing will hopefully make him realise he can be in that position within the company, he just needs a good consistent run of outings.

Exactly the way to use a 40 plus year old with a big belly. To put over those more talented than himself.

I felt for Lawler having to ask why Sakamoto was being attacked when we've already seen it happen before.

Last time though crowd didn't care, but last night Tensai actually got some loud boos for the attack.

This is exactly how they should be using Tensai, to contradict Admins post above. He looked fantastic in the brief part he had to play in that incredibly short match and it didn't make Christian look weak because he was surprised with a quick flurry of power moves from someone who weighs considerably more than he and has a history of being destructive. Provided he's kept in the upper midcard until he builds a bit more of a reputation, I can gladly see him in the main events for months as a monster heel. Despite the dislike people currently have for him, I see him as a potential Umaga/Mark Henry if given the same opportunity which so far he's not even close to having.

Definitely keeping my eye on the use of him in the coming weeks regarding this Tyson Kidd feud. Kidd has the victory, but Tensai is now rebuilding and progressing through his systematic destruction of the much smaller wrestler. THAT is how you build both characters.

Quote Tensai made a racial remark in his first Tout video post. Noting he was traveling with his personal chauffeur Sakamoto to Indianapolis—the site of tonight's SmackDown taping—following Raw, he remarks it's "very, very dangerous" to drive with a Japanese person. He then slaps Sakamoto as he's driving and orders him "to open his eyes."

I hope that WWE is happy they're so heavily invest in this stupid Tout.

Quote A Tout video Tensai posted late last night which could be perceived as racially insensitive toward Asian people has been taken down. The video showed him traveling with his "personal chauffeur" Sakamoto to Indianapolis—the site of tonight's SmackDown taping—following Raw, and he remarked that it's "very, very dangerous" to drive with a Japanese person. He then slapped Sakamoto as he drove and ordered him "to open his eyes."

Another racially charged remark toward Sakamoto was made on Raw as commentator Jerry "The King" Lawler quipped following the Tensai vs. Tyson Kidd match, "When Tensai beats up Sakamoto, he changes his name to Sum Ting Wong."

No surprise... Lawler gets away with that one.

Quote WWE issued the following statement in regards to the controversial Tout video that was posted earlier today by Tensai.

“While in character, Lord Tensai (Matt Bloom) clearly took his storyline too far and he will be reprimanded for his inappropriate comments.”

Reprimanded must now mean jobbed out.

funny we're not hearing anything about action taken against Lawler.

also funny that he's referred to as "Lord" Tensai again.

WWE never seem to learn that allowing certain stars on new social media is always gonna end up biting them on the dick.

I have no problem with the comment Tensai made which is political correctness gone mad once more that he can get into trouble for it.

I'm more bothered about why Sakamoto continues to stay alongside a guy who has beaten him up numerous times.

I'd be OK with it if it was added to the Tensai character like saying he's brainwashed Sakamoto or something.

they did say when Tensai first came in that Sakamoto was like a worshipper, who'd do anything for Tensai, and therefore would take any shit dished out to him by Tensai.

isn't the notion of Japanese people being dangerous drivers a stereotype? doesn't WWE forced an Italian stereotype on us week in and week out?
