* I know Fletcher has Sky + but who else does? I've been thinking of getting it.
* I like the idea of being able to pause live TV, record however many hours of television it lets you without a tape and record off more than Sky channel at the same time.
* How much extra does this cost a month on top of the standard fee?

Nothing mate. The Sky Plus box was a upgrade on the standard box so it dosnt cost any extra, you just had to be lucky enough to sign up at a time when the Sky Plus box was being offered as part of the package, otherwise you have to pay a one off fee for the box which I believe is in the region of £100.
Saying that the Sky Plus box is a dated concept now because Sky are now pushing their HD boxes so the price may have come down.

I can honestly say Sky Plus is really good, being able to pause live tv is great and if your smart and theirs a programme on you like with loads of adverts, stick it on pause for 20 minutes at the beginning then you can fast forward through all the adverts.

Also recording stuff has never been easier, no messing around setting timers or whatever, you simply scroll down the Sky tv guide that appears on the screen for your programme, hit the record button on the remote, job done. You also have a series link button where Sky Plus will automatically record any programme in a series whenever its on, I use this setting for WWE, TNA and a few other programmes so then I can just watch them when I have time or copy them on to dvd so I can watch them at work on my laptop.

Ironically I am going to contact Virgin Media soon to see what their cheapest deal is, im only doing this to give me leverage with Sky to haggle a cheaper deal out of them.
