Quote Thanks to site reader Rocky for sending this in:

The video tonight seemed to be more about HBK than Jericho. It said 8-2-11 alot. H being the 8th letter of the alphabet, B being second, and K being 11th. It also said grand slam, HBK being the first ever grand slam champ. The Savior thing could also have something to do with the ultra religious HBK. It also said big show and no one turns it up for a big PPV like the Showstopper. Last week I'd say was about Jericho, this week seemed to be about HBK.

I think WWE are now trying to play games with us and get more free publicity. Next week it will probably all be linked to the return of another person. The bottom line is I am not too bothered if one of my all time favourites, HBK comes back. He rarely puts anyone over and for someone who's born again, he does come out with a few too many none kayfabe comments in his promos. What would him coming back and squashing guys again achieve? He's no different to Cena, HHH, Undertaker etc when it comes to everyone falling for them.

This still has the Y2J fingerprints all over it. My question, to stay on topic, is will HBK come back at all? He must be enjoying this time off quite a bit.

He'll get bored! A man like that needs the limelight and to feel he CAN STILL DO IT!

He will be back but even though I like HBK not sure whether coming back will be the right thing

Quote According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Shawn Michaels has been telling Triple H that he is on the fence about returning and really doesn't know how much wrestling he wants to do. He said his family is his top priority, his knees are in bad shape, and is devoting more of his time to religion, which is his passion right now.

Triple H has been trying to convince Michaels to return to television, even though he isn't ready to wrestle, due to a lack of depth on the roster. HBK hasn't opted for it.

It appears a key issue in the possible return of Shawn Michaels to WWE will be if he can secure a reduced travel schedule.
well with this i am not sure we will be seeing mr michaels anytime soon at least, seeing how the wwe hate giving reduced schedules. if they want michaels back then they should just have him come in on a ppv every now and again to put on a good match and sell tickets, besides now that most people have returned from suspendtions, the raw roster isnt really a probelm. i think its more down to trips, i think he is missing being on the road and in the ring with his buddy, he was hoping that he would return to raw and be alongside hbk again but thats not the case and may never be so again. i guess time will time.

I dont see why they cant offer Shawn a reduced Undertaker style schedule that would mainly consist of tv appearances and maybe a handfull of house shows. I think Shawn is far more accomodating when it comes to putting people over these days but its true his old 'clique' attitude does rear its ugly head now and again, personally i like the more controversial Shawn like the character he played in his feud with Cena, his promos are edgier and hes more unpredictable. Its a shame Shawn isnt more open to going to S/D perhaps as a heel, id love to see a HBK/Taker feud again.

HBK is the man. But his time at the top is pretty much done. Unfortunately, because CENA is injured that means he would still be close to the title. If it means close to retirement than I'm all for it. I'd like to see him go out near the top instead of being a drag to the WWE like some people that don't know when it is time to go.

Jim Ross Website: HBK is doing well in his road to recovery and his return to the WWE. I still think HBK is a few weeks away from rejoining the Raw roster. but his return is eagerly anticipated. We recently exchanged emails as he loves our Jalapeno Honey Mustard and is an avid consumer of our Beef Jerky.
well it sounds like he will be coming back soon, so wwe either agreed to give him a reduced scedule or offered him some other deal. i guess time will tell.

Shawn Michaels is a guy that can consistently put on good matches. That alone is always worth the price of admission. Wether or not he should still be in title contention is another thing, but having him in title matches is never a bad thing.

Quote There was already a push last Tuesday to put pressure on Shawn Michaels to return. Several weeks back, Shawn had been telling people that he was happy at home and was in no rush to return to action. At that point, there were no plans to bring HBK back until November but that ended up changing as he returned to RAW this Monday and is the main pick in the Cyber Sunday main event. It's believed Shawn will go on to face Orton at the PPV, but don't look for him to wrestle on RAW this Monday.
well hopefully they do give him at least the reduced scedule he asked for, otherwise its a majour drag on michaels. otherwise though, i loved that moment on raw, because it was an out of the blue decision it had great shock effect, and quite a lot of people thought he was still rehabing and that if he was to return it will be at a big ppv like all the other guys, but he showed up and sweet chined the wwe champion randy orton. who selled it great aswell, thats why in my mind orton is a great choice for champion, because not only is he extremly talented in the ring, he is also one of the best sellers to other guys moves and spots to.
