Another PPV worthy main event on Raw.

Drew and Seth couldn’t quite reach the quality of the Rollins/Ziggler matches but they came close, this was a very good effort and like the matches with Dolph was granted over 20 minutes of air time.

Seth made Drew look like a boss, McIntyre dominated much of this and impressed with his power. I hope they keep Drew in this dark heel role for some time before the inevitable face turn because it’s what WWE is missing, a genuinely hard to beat heel who can match up with any of the babyfaces without having to resort to cowardly tactics, McIntyres style is almost comparable to Lesnar.

I enjoyed the match in Raw and Drew is absolutely looking the business

I hope the match at ER steals the show and id like to see Ziggler retain to continue the build up to the inevitable split between Zigs and Drew

I'd like to see the iron man match end in a draw and then instead of extra time McIntyre just wails on Rollins so that the match can't continue.

Would also be a great time for Ambrose to return.

Quote Finn Balor vs. Drew McIntyre: The opening bell sounds and Balor starts off throwing strikes at Drew. Drew drops him with a shot and then follows up with chops to the chest. Balor has a bad bruise on his left arm. Balor starts mounting a comeback, but Ziggler gets involved and it falls apart.

Winner via DQ: Finn Balor

- Seth Rollins comes out for the save, and then Ziggler and McIntyre are on the run. Kurt Angle comes out and makes this one a tag match, and that starts right now.

- Seth Rollins & Finn Balor vs. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre: The opening bell sounds and Rollins starts off strong. Rollins hits a suicide dive on Ziggler on the outside as we go to commercial. Back in the ring, Rollins continues the offense on Ziggler. Drew and Balor gets the tag, and Balor turns things around. The fight spills out to ringside and Drew drops Balor across the ring barricade. Back in the ring, Balor fights back and Rollins finally gets the hot tag. Rollins clears the ring and then hits a springboard flying clothesline on Drew in the ring. Rollins ducks a big boot and comes back with a Blockbuster off the middle for a two count. Balor and Ziggler go at it until Rollins kicks Ziggler away. McIntyre comes back with a reverse Alabama slam on Rollins for a two count. Drew looks for a powerbomb but Rollins reverses and throws him outside. Rollins follows up with a curb stomp on Ziggler who is rolling in the ring, and he covers to steal the three count.

Winners: Seth Rollins & Finn Balor

Whichever of the two Seth goes up against, it never lets us down.

At least this match didn't have a clock involved so fans could try and make the match all about them.

I would like to see Seth face Dolph in an actual iron man match because there is nothing iron about half an hour.

I can’t look at Drew and Dolph without seeing Shawn and Diesel. I like what I see with this but I’m excited to see the singles run of Drew. Very happy for Dolph as well. He deserves a good title run, years ago he was a bit injury prone but with his new attitude I wouldn’t even mind seeing a world championship run again.

Quote Drew McIntyre is backstage warming up with Dolph Ziggler giving him a pep talk.

- Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre: Dolph Ziggler is at ringside for this one. The opening bell sounds and Rollins starts off fired up. Rollins looks for a dive through the ropes but Drew stops him with a shot to the face. Drew takes over now until Rollins dumps him back outside and successfully connects with a suicide dive, then a second one. Back in the ring, Drew starts to fight back, but Rollins shuts him down with a Falcon Arrow. Both men are slow to get up, and Drew hits a spinebuster for a two count. Rollins comes back with a hurricanrana and a superkick, and Drew is down. They fight up to the top turnbuckle, where drew hits a big slam off the top. Drew looks for the reverse Alabama slam, but Rollins escapes and hits a superkick. Rollins covers but Ziggler runs in and breaks it up.

Winner via DQ: Seth Rollins

- Seth and Ziggler briefly go at it after the bell. Rollins heads up the ramp as Ziggler and Drew recover in the ring.

Seth is facing these two far too often that as good as the matches are, it ends up being "those two again".

Give them some gimmick matches to mix it up and hopefully it ends at Summerslam.

Seth should be in the title picture and Ziggler/Mcintyre are surely going after B Team.

I will be interesting to see as well if The Shield factor will come into play with Drew and Dolph. It would see logical is the went after the tag titles to give a little bit of push to them. I mean fans are behind the B team but if you have champions and they are on your kickoff show and not on the main show of one of the big 4 ppv's then how much does WWE really have for them? So putting the straps on Drew and Dolph would make good sense

Quote RAW Tag Team Titles: Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins: Rollins and Ziggler start this one off, and Ziggler takes control with a boot to the face. Rollins comes back with some strikes of his own and he looks for the Curb Stomp, but Ziggler evades it and rolls outside for a breather. Drew tags in now, and so does Ambrose. Drew gets the upper hand and drops him, then Ziggler tags back in. Ziggler tries to keep Ambrose down with a side headlock now. Ambrose finally fights free and Rollins gets the hot tag. Rollins hits a superkick on Ziggler and Ziggler falls outside. Rollins looks for a suicide dive, but Drew grabs his ankle from ringside to stop him. Ziggler then gets back in the ring and drops Rollins from behind. Drew tags in now and lays into Rollins with strikes in the corner. Ziggler comes back in and applies a sleeper. Rollins finally fights out with a back suplex, and both men are down. Drew gets the tag and charges at Rollins, but Rollins dumps him outside. Rollins looks to tag in Ambrose, but Drew pulls Ambrose down from the apron and drops him. Back in the ring, Drew and Seth go at it, and Drew hits a version of the Alabama Slam for a two count. Rollins fights back and finally gets the tag to Ambrose, but the ref didn't see it because Ziggler was distracting the ref. The ref holds back Ambrose while Drew and Ziggler both beat on Rollins. Ziggler takes Rollins up top, but Rollins shoves him down and hits a Blockbuster. Ambrose finally gets the hot tag and cleans house. Dean knocks Ziggler outside, and then focuses his attention on the legal man McIntyre. Ambrose looks for a shot off the top, but McIntyre catches him and hits a belly to belly suplex in the corner. Rollins gets back in the mix now and goes for suicide dive on both Drew and Dolph at ringside, but they catch him in mid-air. Ambrose now goes flying out of the ring and crashes on to all of them at ringside. Ziggler and Rollins get back in the ring before the ref's 10 count. Ziggler looks for a DDT, but Rollins reverses it into a Falcon Arrow for a two count. Rollins follows up with the Buckle Bomb, but Drew breaks up the pin. Ambrose takes McIntyre outside, and then Dolph hits the Zig Zag on Rollins for a two count. Ziggler and McIntyre look for the double team Zig Zag/Claymore, but Ambrose pulls Ziggler away and Rollins superkicks Drew. Rollins follows up with the frog splash off the top for a two count on Drew. Ambrose and Rollins look for a superplex on Drew, but Ziggler breaks it up. Ziggler and Rollins brawl out to ringside, and Drew knocks Ambrose down and hits a flying clothesline. Ziggler and Rollins fight up on the corner and and Rollins hits a superplex and then looks for the Falcon Arrow, but Drew hits him with the Claymore Kick before he can execute it. Ziggler falls on Rollins and the ref counts three.

Winners & still Tag Team Champions: Dean Ambrose & Dolph Ziggler

Brilliant match. Top draw from all four of them and probably my match of the night.

It was a superb advert for the tag team division, with all the hard hitting action and near falls.

After the match with Ziggles and Seth still laid flat on the mat, Dolph stretches his arm out to touch Seth. I reckon that was a sign by him to say well done or good match.

I agree it was brilliant. What impressed me was how the talent were all able to keep the frantic pace of the match moving while flawlessly executing every spot.

McIntyre I think has the biggest upside here, with his look and size and being able to work matches of this quality he has main event written all over him.

Quote Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre: The opening bell sounds and they lock up, and Drew overpowers Seth in the corner. Drew slaps Seth across the face, and Seth comes back with a series of punches. They run the ropes and Rollins hits a superkick that knocks Drew to the outside. Rollins follows up with a suicide dive. Seth slams Drew into the fan barricade, and then takes him back in the ring. Drew comes back with a kick to the ribs for a two count. Drew applies a shoulder lock to try to keep Seth grounded. They fight out to the apron and Seth looks for a powerbomb, but Drew escapes and shoves Seth into the ring post. Drew carries Seth up on to the ring steps, and hits a side walk slam on to the ring apron. Back in the ring, Rollins turns it around and hits a blockbuster off the middle rope. Rollins hits a flying clothesline for a two count. Drew looks for an Alabama Slam, but Rollins escapes. They trade strikes now until Rollins catches Drew with a Falcon Arrow for a two count. They fight up the turnbuckle, which leads to Rollins breaking free and powerbombing Drew into the opposite turnbuckle. Dolph Ziggler comes out and causes a distraction, which leads to Drew hitting the Claymore kick for the three count.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

- After the match, Dolph and Drew beat down Rollins. Reigns, Ambrose, and Strowman all come out now, and all Hell breaks loose. They brawl until Strowman and company get the upper hand and start double-teaming the Shield members one-by-one. Braun, Dolph and Drew pose after the match before leaving.

Another great match between them, which was slightly soured by the screwy finish.

On the plus side at least Ziggles knows how to cause a distraction without costing his partner a match, like The Shield did to Ambrose earlier in the show.

I wouldn't keep this going too much longer, as you can have too much of a good thing and Seth needs new blood challenging for his title.
