decent segment, and agree with #Heel, Rollins sold that German Suplex like a fucking boss.

still don't see Rollins leaving Mania as Champion, and wouldn't be surprised for Brock's return to UFC to be made official either just before or just after Mania.

Quote New Universal Champion Seth Rollins comes out to the ring with his Title belt. We see some highlights of his match against Brock Lesnar last night, and then Seth gets on the mic. Seth talks about how he might have had to use some dirty tricks to win last night, but what's important is "we did it" and now he is the reigning, defending, fighting Champion. Rollins says Brock and Paul Heyman can stay in Las Vegas. The New Day's music hits, and all three New Day members come out to the ring to interrupt. Kofi says Seth looks surprised, because it's not Tuesday, and it's not time for the Superstar Shake-up just yet. Big E explains that what happened last night calls for a celebration, and it couldn't wait until Tuesday on SmackDown. The New Day talks about Seth's win over Brock, and Kofi's win over Daniel Bryan, and they dance. Kofi says the "winner take all" idea last night was great for Becky Lynch, so he had an idea. Kofi says how about the new Universal Champion and the new WWE Champion have a winner take all match here tonight. Kofi says since The Shield isn't a thing anymore, Big E and Xavier will be barred from ringside, and it'll just be him one on one with Seth for the Titles. Rollins says challenge accepted, and they head to the back. Michael Cole's voice on commentary still sounds hoarse from last night.

Seth Rollins (c) vs. Kofi Kingston (c): Both Championships are on the line in this one. Kofi and Seth trade holds and takedowns in the opening moments until Rollins connects with a kick to the midsection. Rollins then looks for the curb stomp on Kofi, but Kofi dodges it and they have a stare down. They go it again and trade kicks, and both men are down. Kofi misses a shot and Rollins fires back with a kick to Kofi's head. Seth looks for the curb stomp, but Kofi dodges it and rolls up Seth for a two count. Kofi follows up with a DDT for another two count. Kofi goes up top, but Rollins runs up and meets him there. Kofi shoves Rollins down to the ringside floor, and then Sheamus and Cesaro run in out of nowhere and attack Kofi. The ref calls for the bell.

Winner via DQ: Kofi Kingston

- Rollins gets in the ring to try to help Kofi, but Sheamus and Cesaro beat down Rollins now. Kofi comes over and takes out Sheamus, then Rollins takes out Cesaro. Rollins gets on the mic. He says he doesn't know what's wrong with The Bar, and he'll have to finish that with Kofi another time. Rollins issues a challenge to The Bar for a tag match between them, and The Bar accepts.

- Seth Rollins & Kofi Kingston vs. The Bar: Rollins and Cesaro start this one off. Rollins dumps Cesaro outside and then goes for a dive, but Cesaro catches Rollins and slams him down. Kofi then tries to dive on Cesaro, but Cesaro dodges and Sheamus catches Kofi. Sheamus then slams Kofi into the barricade before taking things back in the ring. The Bar now takes turns beating on Rollins in the ring. Sheamus knocks Kofi off the apron so Rollins can't tag out, then Cesaro tags in for the double team on Rollins. The crowd on camera seems to be distracted by something off screen. Sheamus misses a spear in the corner and Kofi finally gets the tag. Kofi hits flying clothesline off the top on Sheamus, then he hits some more strikes on Sheamus. Kofi follows up with the Boom Drop. Kofi looks for the Trouble In Paradise, but Sheamus ducks it. Kofi grabs Sheamus and hits the Trouble In Paradise, but Cesaro breaks up the pin attempt. The fight spills outside and Kofi looks for a dive on The Bar, but The Bar catches him. Rollins then hits a dive on to all three of them and The Bar hits hte barricade hard. Back in the ring, Kofi hits a flying cross body on Sheamus for the two count. Cesaro hits a cheap shot on Kofi behind the ref's back, then Shemus slams Kofi down and tags in Cesaro. The Bar hits the double team White Noise on Kofi, but Rollins breaks up the pin. Rollins and Sheamus brawl at ringside now, and Rollins hits a superkick on Sheamus then slams him into the ring post. Meanwhile in the ring, Cesaro goes for the swing on Kofi, but Kofi reverses it into a pin for a two count. Rollins tags himself in. Kofi hits the Trouble In Paradise on Cesaro, then Rollins hits the curb stomp for the three count.

Winners: Seth Rollins and Kofi Kingston

- Rollins and Kofi celebrate after the match with their respective Championship belts as RAW goes off the air.

Seth came out and it was all good. He accepted the challenge as the main champion and babyface of the brand and then it went downhill.

To make a tag team match happen it shouldn't have been The Bar getting involved it should have been Brock or Bryan and then the stupid marks wouldn't have done being the elite and AEW chants.

Seth looked stupid for knocking back being a undisputed champion. When him and Kofi cleared the ring he should have called for the match to restart.

Rollins' promo was excellent on Raw and i CANT wait to see Rollins v Styles

The one thing i was concerned about was Rollins' promise to not be cashed in on ever again.

This wouldnt be an issue normally because people say things in promos to build themselves up, however there are certain superstars who make promises in promos and they come true every time.

Cena being one of them and Rollins the other - i really hope they dont have Drew win only to fail in his cash in attempt

I just dont see Rollins dropping the belt so soon - they way they have built him over the months since the rumble says Long Term Champion to me.

Its not like Kofi where he was a replacement that got some crowd momentum - he was carefully built up and then defeated Lesnar

I may be wrong - but i just dont see Rollins losing so soon

How 'bout now?

IMO Rollins is really losing steam as a babyface... or maybe it's just as WWE champion, but to me he's really just Becky's boyfriend more than anything. Between his idiotic social media presence, and his cookie-cutter performances lately he's just utterly boring. I mean he was never really my favorite anyway, but he seems like he's slipping.

I think now is the right time for Rollins to drop the belt.

They seem to be teasing some sort of character change / heel turn which may freshen him up but i think the feud with something so popular as The Fiend would hurt anyone, especially considering the way the HIAC match went.

Id like to see Styles win the belt because i think hes one of the greatest of all time - in ring wise and he is no slouch when it comes to mic work or being able to put talent over, establish stables etc.

He did wonders for the Smackdown title, much like what Miz did for the IC title and i think AJ deserves to be the main champion for WWE before he eventually transitions to a different role of focusing more on pushing younger guys through.

On Rollins, i actually think if WWE wanted to keep him as the top babyface they should have had him lose the title to Strowman, then have Strowman be the one to face The Fiend. Yes, Braun would have still got some heat from the crowd etc but hes sort of playing a heelish role in his feud with Fury, he seems to be able to recover from big storylines quickly, he would have had that elusive title win which would then do him good in future feuds for the belt because lets face it, at the min, we all know Strowman loses everytime the belts on the line.

Rollins could then have come back in for his belt after The Fiend feud was done, he could got the babyface pop for winning the belt back again, hed still be well receieved by the fans and The fiend and Braun would just move on.

Quote Seth Rollins is backstage for an interview. He talks about his Falls Count Anywhere match with Rowan tonight, and he says this kind of match is what he does. He says he knows Bray Wyatt is going to take him to another level on Thursday, but he's ready.

-Seth Rollins vs. Eric Rowan: This one is a Falls Count Anywhere match. The opening bell sounds and Rollins starts off strong with a dropkick. They brawl back and forth all over the ringside area now. They fight all the way up to the concessions area of the arena, and then over by some merchandise displays. Rowan launches Rollins over a table into a merchandise booth, then chokeslams Rollins through the table for a two count. They fight back out to the ringside area now. Rollins finally mounts a comeback and hits a suicide dive on Rowan. Rowan tries to fight back, but Rollins sends Rowan into the ring steps. Rollins misses a shot, and Rowan sends Rollins into the ring steps now. Back in the ring, Rowan hits a splash in the corner, then he kicks Rollins back out to ringside. Rowan runs around the ring with a cross body on Rollins for a two count. Rowan controls the next few moments of the match now, and he takes Rollins over to the announce table. Rowan looks for the Iron Claw, but Rollins reverses it and hits a stomp on Rowan on the table. Rowan stumbles down off the stage, and Rollins hits a dive on him. Rollins nails Rowan with a steel chair now, and they fight into the backstage area. They brawl through pipes and into a forklift. Rowan throws a production case at Rollins, but Rollins dodges it. Rollins nails Rowan with a ladder, then hits a curb stomp on Rowan into the ladder. Rollins instructs someone to get in the forklift and put some pallets on top of Rowan on the floor. Rollins stands on the pallets on Rowan as the ref counts three.

 Winner: Seth Rollins

Excellent match as expected from one of the most company reliable guys in E.

Three days from fighting in ridiculous Saudi heat, after the usual flight from hell it takes to get there and he puts in a performance like that.

Loved the innovative finish. It would have been even better Seth using the forklift himself instead of intimidating a randomer to do so though when he's the babyface champ.

So seth turned heel last night.

The crowd well and truly shit on him and I've also seen alot of people complaining about him online- not about him being face or heel but just about him in general.

I dont know where all the hate has come from but all I can assume is that it stems from that match with the fiend which ended in DQ.

It's not as if hes been AS rammed in our face as what Reigns was but I guess hes been the top guy for a while and people just want to see something different?

I have seen alot of criticism of the heel turn because hes still doing all his baby face moves - to be fair to him hes been heel less than 24 hours

I personally rate Rollins so I dont mind him being pushed as hes actually a really good wrestler but I do feel his title run went on too long.

It appears Rollins is the new Reigns with regards to how he is now received by the wwe universe

Credit to creative. The crowd have been turning against Seth for a while now and so they have quickly turned him instead of trying to stop it happening like with Roman.

A lot he said at the start of the show was probably is true feelings such as feeling that he carries the Raw brand on his shoulders.

As soon as AOP didn't attack him, the turn was obvious. Now we wait to find out if AOP will be lackeys for Seth.
