Quote Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Booker T welcome us to RAW, and Samoa Joe is already coming out to the ring. Joe immediately gets on the mic and starts talking about The Shield. He says they started off strong, but he's not impressed with them now. He calls Dean Ambrose a human cockroach, and mentions putting Reigns to sleep multiple times. Joe mentions that he has a match with Ambrose later tonight, but he's here for one reason: to finish what he started with Roman Reigns, and he wants to finish it right now. Joe says he doesn't want Reigns' lapdogs with him, he wants just Reigns. We see Rollins and Ambrose watching on a monitor backstage. Rollins tells Ambrose to go get Roman and tell him to check it out. Joe talks trash about taking down Reigns last week, and says if not for that silly bastard Jason Jordan. Joe continues trashing the shield, and saying he punked Reigns last week. We see backstage that Reigns has joined Rollins and Ambrose by the monitor, and says he's "got this" then starts walking to the gorilla position. The Big Dog comes out to interrupt. Reigns hits the ring and he and Joe start brawling. Reigns backs Joe into the corner and stomps on him, then Cesaro and Sheamus run in. Reigns knocks down The Bar, then Joe grabs him and locks him in the Coquina Clutch. Rollins and Ambrose come out for the save and they start brawling with The Bar at ringside, while Joe is still choking Reigns. The Bar takes the other Shield members into the ring and they hit a Super White Noise on Rollins, then they beat down Ambrose with the help of Joe. Joe hits a version of the Rock Bottom on Ambrose. The Bar and Joe pose in the middle of the ring as The Shield is left laying.

The most frustrating guy on the roster because it pisses me off creative continuing to ignore his pops and keeping him heel.

With that persona he's stuck in the midcard and is stale with nowhere to go.

He should be a top tier babyface with the machine behind more than they are with Braun.

Part of me thinks they know Joe as a bad ass face would be so over that he would be far more popular than the selected top guys like Reigns, so that’s why they keep him heel.

I like that he’s booked as a dominant heel though, he doesn’t fear his opponents or use cowardly tactics often.

They are missing a trick by not making him a babyface though, I think with the WWE machine behind him he could be over at Austin level. Perhaps it will happen in 2018.

That's what I think. Keep his persona exactly the same apart from stop with putting the fans down, let the crowd get behind him and both E and Joe can make a lot of money on merchandise sales for their new babyface main event level talent.

He's too good to be going stale in the midcard and he's not young compared to others.

By the time he retires from wrestling he should be to a level where he's a top pick for an HOF year.

Joe's one of those where he's going to be turned face by the fans and sooner rather than later, so WWE are just keeping his promos empty of alignment and he's only heel right now because of who he's feuding with.

Joe really needs to live in the gray area of the WWE Universe. Tweeners need to start becoming the norm rather than pure-blood baby's and heels. It's more realistic that way, I feel. Joe is the perfect candidate for it. For now they're going to continue this bad-assery evil streak that he has that just wants to hurt everyone.

Quote Samoa Joe does an interview in the back, and Renee Young doesn't seem happy to talk to him. Joe says he owns Reigns, and will beat him like he beat Ambrose. Joe says Ambrose is now a stay-at-home husband living off his wife's paycheck because of him. Joe says he's already exposed Reigns, and now he's going to take the Intercontinental Title from him.

E tried so hard to get him booed last night and it still didn't work as he came to the ring for his match with most of the arena loudly shouting his name.

They had the wife of the man he's put out for most of this year interview him and have to listen to even more putdowns and fans still loved it.

The darker he's booked in promos, the more fans will cheer for him to reject what the E machine want them to do.

Fans have already made their mind up that they love the attitude Joe has and the more heelish he becomes - the more popular he will get

Quote  “During his match, [Samoa Joe] felt a pop at the bottom of his [right] foot,” said WWE Senior Ringside Physician Dr. Chris Amann. “We took a look and believe he has a plantar fascia rupture, which is a thick tissue rupture under the foot. We will get an MRI to confirm. Treatment includes a period of immobilization in a boot with crutches and platelet rich plasma injections.”

Thats a shame for Joe coming so soon before the rumble- hopefully it is not s bad as first feared

Reading the above with the procedure he will have to go through its almost certain that he will miss the rumble

Hopefully it's not more serious than just missing the Royal rumble. Missing out on mania would really be a shame.

Any chance this is a work???

Timing and all that...taking him out of the stupid Facebook only thing, and keeps him fresh for a Rumble return?
