Quote R-Truth reportedly tweaked his knee during his Triple Threat Match against The Miz and Mark Henry at last night's RAW brand house show.

Immediately following the conclusion of the match, which saw Miz pin R-Truth, the referee threw up the "X" signal. The former United States Champion was assisted by medical personnel to the backstage area.

R-Truth was the third wrestler to require medical assistance Saturday night as Kelly Kelly and Cody Rhodes suffered injuries during their respective matches at the SmackDown live event taking place in Portland, Maine.

From champ and injury free, to dropping the title and being injured within a couple of weeks.

I hope it's not bad. We shall get an idea by how he's booked tomorrow night on Raw.

His wrestling style makes it pretty unavoidable to not pick up injuries from time to time.

Bad luck for R-Truth who seemed to be enjoying his best WWE push to date.

I would hope that his loss of the US title is because WWE plan to elevate him up the card and see him as being better than the US title.

-- To correct an earlier report, R-Truth did not suffer a knee injury at Saturday evening's Raw live event in Youngstown, Ohio, but rather a pulled groin. He is attempting to work through the injury. Like Kelly, his match came to an abrupt conclusion as a result of injury.

A groin injury can still be painful... but they are rarely as serious as knee injuries.

Quote Sources within WWE have now confirmed that R-Truth has broken his foot.

Who in TUPeep World believes in shit happening for a reason......

Creative Member: We plan now on giving you more airtime and more of a push.

Random Wrestler: That's great I can't wait. What's the plan?

Creative Member: Well we want you to team with Kofi Kingston in the tag team division as R Truth has broken his foot.

Random Wrestler: Erm i'm not sure I like the idea of tagging with the guy who's last two partners have both ended up with a broken foot. You know how things are supposed to come in threes.
