Thought about naming the thread The Bludgeon Brothers but knowing how often E change their mind I think it's better using their character names.

Pretty decent promo and I am glad they are being kept on a seperate show to Bray Wyatt.

Clearly going to be heel so it could be New Day they fued with now they are seemingly done with Usos.

The new gear looked pretty awesome but i wasn't sold on the promo for two reasons - the first being that Rowans lines looked like they were being read as opposed to spoken naturally and also the name is awful and this is one of the times i hope WWE change their minds and go with something else

Could be a decent feud for the Uso's though

Quote The Hype Bros vs. The Bludgeon Brothers: Rowan and Mojo start off and Rowan takes control early on. Meanwhile on the outside, Harper takes out Ryder on the floor and throws him into the ring steps. Mojo tries to mount a comeback, but Rowan and Harper double team him for the finish after a short squash match.

Winners: The Bludgeon Brothers

They debuted in West Ham United claret, which no doubt pleased our Joe LOL

I get they wanted to book a squash match, but it would have benefited from another couple of minutes.

I think we could be looking at the pairing that eventually beat the Usos for the tag team titles.

it doesn't make sense to have had Mojo and Zack go on about needing to do something a few weeks ago, and firstly still not have them turn heel, and secondly, not have them actually having done fuck all.

it seems to have been a storyline that we're supposed to forget again, or at least not pay attention to so as Harper and Rowan could get the win, which, to be fair, could have been done just as easily, and had the same result if they had just bought in a couple of local talents to job.

E logic is have them beat up an established team that ends up splitting and then building on it by facing two unknown jobbers.

It could work slightly if they were told to cut a promo pre match saying we beat up Ryder and Mojo so badly that nobody on Smackdown will face us, so Daniel and Shane had to go out and find us some opponents.

For how little the night did for the team, they might as well have kept them at home for a week so Luke could spend more time with his baby.

everything about this gimmick is terrible

Thought when they debuted they looked bad asll but in reality they are just the wyatt family with hammers

Boring

Quote The Bludgeon Brothers vs. Colin Delaney & Joe Monroe: Rowan starts this one off and is destroying the jobbers with ease. Harper tags in and continues the beat-down. The assault spills out to ringside, and then back in the ring, before they hit their double team finisher for the win.

Winners: The Bludgeon Brothers

Another terrible squash match, that meant we saw very little of what they have to offer.

They needed to beat a proper team for the warm up match for their first PPV match this sunday since the gimmick change.

Whilst they will be beating Fanny Breeze, I would hope they at least go five minutes.

I would like to see them start fighting in a match that's longer then 2 minutes we know what these two are capable of so its time to start letting us see that.

having them feud with Breezango and the Ascension is terrible they need to move on from that fast and either feud with a turning face Rusev and English or with the New Day or if its time to put them in the tag title scene then against the Uso's

Quote Breezango vs. The Bludgeon Brothers: The Brothers attack before the bell and destroy Fandango and Breeze as the ref tries to get them to stop. The Ascension runs in for the save. Konnor and Viktor jump up on the ring apron, but get knocked right off by the Brothers. They take Viktor in the ring and double team him while Konnor lays on the floor. Rowan and Harper look at the bodies scattered around ringside and their music hits. They leave without the match ever having officially started.

Winner: No contest

I would have loved if Byron Saxton on commentary had got loud and worked up Jim Ross style and started going on about how Harper and Rowan destroyed Fanny LOL

They would look more badass if next week Daniel Bryan fined them for not waiting until the match started.

They are still too human on TV for the type of characters they portray. They need to get weirder.

They are still without doubt one of the most boring tag teams ive ever seen

You can tell by the commentators, the reactions and their look that this push they are getting now will be ending soon

They are basically 2 fat hippies with hammers - probably a better tag team name than Bludgeon Brothers too

I don't know why WWE keep insisting on putting these 2 as a tag team, they are 2 guys that could be great potential single stars, Luke in particular is a great wrestler and if you need proof of that look back at his match with Randy Orton at Elimination Chamber.

The tag team thing just isn't working I think its time they let them be single stars and see how they go though I would be pushing Harper out of the two.

I think that whether they are used as singles wrestlers or as a tag team - they need a fresher gimmick

You can put them in whatever matching outfits you want and they can put as many different masks on when they are walking to the ring but as soon as it is go time - they just look like the Wyatt Family rehashed.

They need to think about what they are doing with them because they got a super build up before they re-debuted and they have been worse than underwhelming

Quote Tag Team Titles Match: The Usos vs. The New Day vs. The Bludgeon Brothers: Kofi hits a Trouble In Paradise early on Jey, but the Bludgeon Brothers break up the pin and start laying out everyone. The Usos start hitting kicks on everyone and they take control of the momentum. They hit a big splash on Harper, then they go another another but Rowan breaks it up and Harper gets up. Jey boots Harper in the head, then Big E runs in, but the Brothers drop him. Rowan catches a big Uso dive on the floor, and then they double suplex him on the floor. Back in the ring, Big E gets dropped and Harper levels Kofi with a side slam. The Usos have Harper up top for a double team, but Big E comes over and knocks them down to the floor. Big E gets sent outside too, and Kofi is alone in the ring with Harper now. Rowan joins and powerbombs Kofi, then Harper and Rowan double team powerbomb Kofi for the three count.

Winers & new Tag Team Champions: The Bludgeon Brothers

– Rowan and Harper celebrate with their new Tag Team Title belts ater the match.

So another multi person match, where the worse outcome happened and resulted in a title change.

When they won it was to silence. Crowd couldn't even be bothered to boo this shite.

I'm hopeful it won't take too many weeks before management correct their mistake.

On paper The Bludgeon Brothers vs The Usos vs New Day could have been match of the night, especially if they'd made it a TLC match as had been rumoured, but it turned out to be the dud of the night perhaps on a par with The Undertaker vs John Cena.

It was clearly rushed a victim of time constraints I'm guessing, The Uso's seemed to barely feature.

With this booking I would have actually put this match on the pre-show. Better to do that than rush what should have been a really good match.

Yet another reason why Wrestlemania 34 was absolutely awful.

As Fletch stated above - the Usos and New days have had several match of the year candidates in previous feuds and when they finally got their time at Mania it was just pissed on by one of the shittest teams on the roster.

Dont think it went down well with the crowd or majority of people watching on the network

Quote Jey Uso vs. Harper: Jimmy Uso and Rowan are both at ringside for this one The opening bell sounds and Harper goes right to work on Jey. Jey tries to fight back but Harper drops him again. Uso hits a boot to the face of Rowan which buys him some time to recover. Rowan and Jimmy get into it at ringside, and their involvement leads to Harper taking advantage with a discus clothesline to Jey. Harper pins to score the three count after a short match.

Winner: Harper

- After the match, Rowan and Harper beat down Jimmy and Jey, until Jimmy grabs one of their big mallets. Rowan and Harper fight him off, and they continue beating own The Usos until Naomi runs out crying. Naomi begs them to stop and the Bludgeon Brothers back off as some fans boo.

Why did they stop the beatdown? They are suppose to be monsters that don't listen to anyone.

It made them look pretty weak that an upset lady was enough for them to stop what they were doing and walk away.

They should have carried on to the point where Shane has to come out on a mic and warn them to stop or that there will be consequences.
