Will the return of Paul Heyman's very good friend Brock Lesnar, mean that a return for him is more likely?

I'd imagine Brock being there and with the control he'll have that the chances of Heyman returning has grown.

Even if he's just used as a pawn in a fued to take a bump so someone can take heel heat for attacking him to get to Brock.

I'd not have him manage Brock as he doesn't need it but.......

1) He could take a beating from whoever is fueding with Brock to give that person heel heat.
2) He could work on commentary.
3) He could work in creative.
4) He could help in developmental.
5) He could manage someone promoted from FCW as their mouthpiece like he did Brock.
6) He could help with WWE.COM content working alongside Joey Styles.

he could manage dean ambrose although he needs no mouth piece as he is exceptional on the mic

i would like to see him work in creative and maybe developmental

it all depends if lesnar is going to be face or heel because an F-5 to cena means neither - the reason he did that is because on that night - nothing else would have gotten a bigger pop (other than of course d bry showing up)

Quote There has been a lot of speculation on Paul Heyman returning to WWE now that Brock Lesnar has returned for at least a year. Word is that there are no plans for Heyman to come in, he was not part of the negotiations and is not a part of the deal.

Heyman simply isn't available as he has other things going on.

There are people in WWE who want Heyman to come back as a sort of "talking head" or a TV personality. Heyman is based in the Northeast and could be useful as a public figure for WWE.

WWE has reached out for Heyman to do interviews and things like that but he has turned them down every time because he has other priorities.

It's possible that we see Heyman return to WWE in the future but don't bet on it happening anytime soon, based on talk that's going around.

The last stuff I heard from him in interviews it sounds like he's way more into MMA right now.  He is really into the marketing side right now.  Of course, it waits to be seen if Dana White will be interested in Heyman now that Lesnar is gone.

And let's be frank... Heyman doesn't get along with Vince McMahon.  And I can't see him working as "just a talking head."  Whether or not you like Paul E Dangerously... you have to acknowledge that he has made a lot of stars in the business, probably second to Vince.  And not only with Extreme Championship Wrestling.  He helped a lot of the current WWE guys during his booking run in OVW.

But Heyman and Vince fought a lot.  When Heyman was supposed to be in charge of SmackDown, Vince put Kevin Dunn over Heyman to keep an eye on him.  Then when WWECW started up, Vince shot down a lot of Heyman's ideas (such as making CM Punk the brand champion.  LOL)

So unless, Heyman is completely desperate for money... I can't see him working with WWE beyond a one-off.  Like an interview for a Lesnar DVD or Punk DVD sort of thing.

Last thing I saw on him he was managing a few lower level fighters and doing PR for Strikeforce, that was before the Zuffa buyout though.

No thanks anyway, his ideas are diarrhea.

Heyman is a stubborn son of a bitch so I can't see him working for the WWE again whilst Vince is still about. Heyman deserves a hell of a lot of credit for what he has done for the wrestling business, but I think he's too 'straight' for the current product WWE offer.

Mark Madden said something about Brock's promos were being feed to him by Paul Heyman.

Quote As noted before, Mark Madden said recently that Paul Heyman was helping Brock Lesnar with his WWE promos. Heyman replied on Twitter:

"@MarkMaddenX As flattered as I am by the notion, I have nothing to do with #BrockLesnar's @WWE promos. Believe it or not, @WWE got it right ... in a BIG way ... with that #DeathClutch promo last week on #Raw. I'd love to take even a tiny bit of the credit for that promo, but it all belongs to @WWE and Brock himself!"

So Heyman says he's not involved.  Unlike Matt Bloom, I find Heyman's denial to be plausible.  I think the only thing that WWE could offer Heyman would be a paycheck.  And since Heyman doesn't seem to be destitute at the moment, I can't see him associating with WWE.

Quote PWInsider.com reports that Paul Heyman will be appearing on a semi-regular basis on WWE programming through Summerslam this August as part of a new storyline involving Brock Lesnar "quitting" WWE and being in a legal battle with the company. Plans to use Heyman reportedly came together in the last week as original plans did not include him. Heyman isn't expected to be joining WWE on the road full-time as of now and is only slated to be involved in the Lesnar storyline.

After all his talk about being done blah blah blah, he must be getting payed a pretty dollar to get back involved. However having Heyman around is always gold!

Let's be honest.  Brock was pretty sucky on the mic.  Having Paul E. able to pop up and handle the promos will really help Brock get even more heat.

I fully expect Heyman to be used in some sort of on-screen legal battle.  Something like demanding millions of dollars for breaking Brock's contract.

Anyways... I know Heyman won't be sticking around for long or make a ton of appearances.  I don't think Vince would be willing to give Heyman want he really wants.  I'll just enjoy him while he's there.
