Heyman is doing great and thankfully hasn't overshadowed the champion.

The guy gets some good heel heat from the crowd just for hogging Punk's belt by holding onto it so much.

I hope eventually he's moved onto a different guy so someone gets the rub who needs it.

He doesn't really talk much, he just plays his role as CM Punk's manager. And he does an amazing job at it, making Punk looking 100 times better. With Paul Heyman around, CM Punk will be a champion for a long long time.

Did anyone notice that adders locking the new Heyman on Raw thread completely stopped the discussion about the topic?

yeah, it could have done with being merged.

think it's worth pointing out that Punk doesn't really need Heyman, and indeed, Heyman doesn't need Punk, but they work together so well, and it's a nice link back to the pipebomb from last year.

I've grown into the Punk/Heyman tandem, as in the beginning I felt that they almost got in each other's way quite a bit, but they seem to have found some good chemistry lately, and you can tell they are having some real fun with working with each other. The Lawler heart attack bit was genius, and I have loved their segments more and more ever since then.

Very disapointing how unrealistically weak Heyman was booked in his altercation with Flair.

TWO crutches were in reach for Heyman so instead of tapping wouldn't you try and grab them both to smack Naitch across the head with so the hold is released?

On the outside he was on the floor not moving as if he'd been knocked out. Very unrealistic from someone who'd only had a figure four put on them.

To be honest I can't think of a bigger bust in 2012 than what WWE have done with Heyman.

They've made him into a mouthpiece for a guy who can already talk, and now hes a set of pom poms away from being Punk's cheerleader. During Punk's rant on Flair all Heyman was doing was hiding behind him parroting what was being said.

Never liked him but make use of him at least, stick him in the announce booth.

JtB's right though.

Heyman could have been added to some up and comer, as well as Punk. he could have been involved with Punk in bigger angles and segments, while being used to build up a new guy as another Paul Heyman guy.

just to keep Heyman around for a link to Lesnar as and when it's needed is not really an excuse to put him exclusively with Punk, no matter how much sense it makes.

Heyman was absolutely hilarious in the backstage segment with Brad Madd-ox. Punk laughing at it all was just funny as hell and Heyman really dug into Brad. Its little things like this that make you appreciate all of who Paul Heyman is. Such a talented performer, he really is. You gotta love his snarky attitude because hes boys with the WWE champ. Hes just got this swagger about him you cant help but loathe; I love it.

His interaction with Vince was pretty cool as well. I always gets a kick out of seeing those 2 together on screen. The history between them will never go away and you have to wonder if Heyman still has regrets about how it all ended. Idk, maybe thats just my fucked way of thinking.
