I don't get how the UK Title is being defended when it's a Brit vs a Yank #wwelogic

The same way small guys like Daniel Bryan have been heavyweight champion.

Why back in the day guys who weren't European held the European title.

Don't be racist there Mr Brexit, we can have a UK champion not from the UK ya know Tongue

Well that may be the best hardcore match I've seen since Taker vs Mankind.

The women's fatal four-way was very good.

Amazed that Cien is NXT champion.

Black vs Velveteen Dream was awesome.

Only dud was that first match.

The rest we're all so damned good.

I don't know what you're talking about Duke, Wargames was badass.

Best chant of the night: "Please don't die!" When they were setting up for the super-Plex off the top of the cage.

Poor live crowd. Hardly surprising when the roster is weaker than it's been over the years. But I thought bringing back the War Games concept would have been more of a selling point.

The show delivered. It didn't have a piss break match and every match was entertaining to some degree.

Nice touch having so many guys ringside who have been in NXT to pay homage to the past.

I'm absolutely over the moon hes the champion - i made a post a while back where i sated i think hes one of the most improved guys within NXT

He's been involved in some excellent matches and think this is reward for that

And it did.

No - no it didnt

The first match for me was not good - im not a fan of Ohno in any sense of the word and and Lars Sullivan is like a Gene Snitsky rip off in my opinion

Black v Dream was an absolutely unreal match and would not have been out of place main eventing any of the main WWE PPV's

The womens fatal 4 was a great match too and im glad Ember got the win .. Nikki cross is just too weird for my liking but she played a great part in this match and took the brunt of finishing moves

Almas v Mcintyre was my favourite match of the night and whilst ive become more and more a fan of Almas lately, i honestly did not think he would win this - what a match it was and we have a new NXT champion - that top rope DDT looked absolutely brutal (not sure if he was just selling but Drew seemed legit injured)

Love Zelina Vega - shes the perfect manager - sort of how AJ Lee used to be for Ziggler but a bit more badass

The Wargames match for me started slowly but once the big spots started, they never stopped. For me the only thing that could have improved it was to have that top of cage suplex be through the tables as opposed to on top of everyone else

Fantastic PPV

Ohno/Sullivan was a bore...I don't like Ohno...I don't know what it is with him and WWE but he just doesn't work in WWE like he does in the Indies...maybe it's a WWE problem, or maybe he's resting on his laurels a bit now he's back.  Sullivan needs a decent finisher so he doesn't get off free either haha.

Black/Dream was very good. I love the fact Dream is allowed the Rick Rudesque tights, that adds another dimension to his character. I also get the feeling this feud isn't over just yet. Both guys have great futures with the company.

Womens title match was ok...I would have liked them to give it a bit longer than it got given so they could have told a better story. I don't like Ember Moon, I really don't see what they see in her, but she's been picked for big things since her debut so this was always going to happen. I personally would have gone with Cross or Royce to hold the title in the short term at least.

Almas/McIntyre was very, very good. Almas has been on fire of late....not surprising it's been since Vega has been by his side though huh? I didn't see the title switch coming this soon, but let's see what he can do holding the strap. Drew is supposedly legit injured but we shall see as it seems to me when the likes of Trips and even Drew himself doing a video on the injury, it could be a work.

Main event was brilliant. Lots of crazy spots, and my word this match was all about Killian Dane. He was the standout of the match, and a 350lbs man doing a coast to coast LOL. Right team won in the end, but the teams will no doubt  continue to be in eachothers way moving forward.

highly enjoyable event. Ohno still looks so unfit it was unreal. it actually looks like he's put weight back on since rejoining.

War Games match did get a bit spot heavy, same about Wolfe getting so badly cut by a bit of the edge of the table during the suplex, you got occasional shots of how much blood there was then.

Black and Dream was an amazing match. it'll be interesting to see how long it takes for both of these guys to get called up to the main roster. Black I would hope after Mania, Dream may need longer, but for only being pro for 3 years, he looks pretty good.

women's match was great, Cross stood out for me, and I was hoping she'd get the win. the finish was done well enough to make up for it.

you could see the poor crowd through certain cameras, and I didn't get why there was so much space available. I watched this because I've been hearing NXT Takeover cards are far more consistent and entertaining than the main roster PPVs, and after this, I can believe that.
