North Shore Pro Wrestling
Presents

FIFTY
(Heavyweight Tournament)

Saturday October 22nd, 2011, 8 PM
Centre Horizon, 801, 4e Rue, Qu├ębec
VIP : 15$ / General Admission : 12$ / In Advance : 10$

Partial Card

*Quarter-Finals*
Match #1
Giovanni vs Steve Corino
(Giovanni made it clear at 3rd Anniversary Show that things would change in NSPW. Now, he is the center of attraction, he is the franchise player. He'll do what he wants, when he wants and he intends to prove it October 22nd by winning the tournament. In front of him, a man who needs no introduction: Steve Corino! 0-for-3 in NSPW, whomever followed the King of Old School's career knows full well that you can't never discount this man and Corino is certainly one of the favorites to win the tournament.)

*Quarter-Finals*
Match #2
Michael Elgin vs Franky The Mobster

(Michael Elgin notably made his mark in Ontario and has recently become a force to be reckoned with in Ring of Honor. If there's one thing everyone will agree on, it's this: The man is Unbreakable! A brick wall; he hits hard, he hurts you and he can take a beating like no one else can. Elgin, who will make his North Shore Pro Wrestling debut, will have in front of him a man who has done everything in Quebec, Franky The Mobster. Each of his NSPW appearances is a pure treat for the fans and the fact he had to be sidelined from the main event at Golden Opportunity III left a bitter taste in the mouth. Winning this tournament could certainly make him forget all about that.)

* Quarter-Finals*
Match #3
Mike Rollins vs Matt Falco
(Trained by Johnny Devine, Mike Rollins has in the course of the last 4 years truly developed a style so unorthodox that nobody wonders why he wears the nickname "Psycho". Midway between comedy and athletic violence, Rollins constantly keeps his opponents guessing. His opponent, Matt Falco, seems to be struggling as of late. While he demonstrates an enormous potential, it seems like he's never able to obtain THE definitive moment, the important victory that will bring him to the next level. Mathieu St. Jacques believes that Falco doesn't take the business seriously enough. Is a change in order for Matt Falco or is it simply St. Jacques' opinion?)

* Quarter-Finals *
Match #4
Damian Steele vs Dru Onyx
(Nobody seemed more surprised than Pee Wee when the lights went back on and Damian Steele was lifting him up for a spinebuster. One of the most dominant heavyweights in the Quebec City area, a 2-year undefeated streak as champion, Damian Steele is back in the Old Capital and intends on recreating the reign of terror imposed by his mere presence. As far as Dru Onyx goes, he hasn't been seen in North Shore Pro Wrestling since last December when he was beaten by Ismael. 10 months later, The Bajan Bomber returns to Quebec City with one goal in mind: kill Steele's momentum from the get-go and to prove to everyone that he is the best heavyweight on the market!

A few newsbits for today:

.* With PCW holding an event on the same night than FIFTY, some staff members won't be attending the show on October 22nd. That includes NSPW senior referee Klode Maloon. Therefore, he will be replaced by former ECW and current DGUSA referee Mike Kehner. Kehner will act as senior referee for the night.

* While he's not scheduled to compete during the show, NSPW Tag Team Champion Michael Style will attend FIFTY. StYLE requested some time to talk to the crowd, which was accepted by management. There is a condition though: since the tournament and the mixed tag team match will take up a lot of time on the show, management must restrain any activity that could further the length of the event. For this reason, in exchange for his mic time, Style will receive an envelope containing an announcement regarding Final Chapter 2011 and he will have to read it to the fans in attendance.
