MAIN EVENT
Last Team Standing
*The losing team must disband*
Kickin' N' Stompin' vs Wrestling's Hottest Tag Team (w/Lily)
(Since Ivan Sullivan and Razen joined forces and formed Kickin N' Stompin, they've been at war with Wrestling's Hottest Tag Team. The problem is that despite many confrontations, none of those teams got the upper hand. Double countout, match not starting or lumberjacks getting involved, each match ended as a no-contest. At Golden Opportunity IV, those very two teams were the final participants in the Gauntlet Match and this time, it was T.D.T's interference on both teams that prevented the end of this war. To kick off the new season, North Shore Pro Wrestling management has decided to place both teams in a Last Team Standing Match. Only one team will stand and be declared the winner; figuratively and literally since only one team will exist following this match. Indeed, the losing team will disband and this way, no rematch will be possible.)

NSPW Tag Team Championship Match
Super Smash Bros (c) vs BLK OUT (Ruckus & BLK Jeez)
(With T.D.T's interference at the end of the Tag Team Gauntlet Match that was supposed to crown the next #1 contenders to the tag team titles at Golden Opportunity IV, NSPW management found itself in a dead end. At Golden Opportunity, the 12-month raging war between the Super Smash Bros and Style & Estrada ended with a victory from the Tag Team Champions. The result of the Gauntlet Match as well as the champions' victory couldn't provide any new clear contenders. Even if the next events will help redefine the NSPW tag team rankings, the champions want to stay active and asked for challenge and that's what they'll get. Being former CZW World Tag Team Champions together, Ruckus & BLK Jeez (formerly known as Sabian) will make their NSPW debut and will attempt to create an impact from the start and capture the tag team titles.)

NSPW Championship Match

Combat Triple Menace
Simon Martel (c) /acc. VT vs Marko Estrada /acc. Sofy vs ????

A new season begins, Simon Martel is still the North Shore Pro Wrestling champion and he is intending to defend his title at the first event. Martel and his manager, VT Valentine, accepted management's offer for a Triple Threat Match, allowing 2 wrestlers a shot at the championship. Management also submitted one name for this match: Marko Estrada. Former NSPW Tag Team Champion, Estrada placed himself in a very good position with 2 solid victories over Pee Wee and Thomas Dubois during the NSPW Summertour 2012 this summer. The 3rd participant in the match will be determined until August 18th!

First Time Ever!
Michael Style w/Sofy vs LuFisto
(With the announcement of Marko Estrada getting a shot at the NSPW Championship at Desperate Measures, Michael Style will be riding solo. For this occasion, management signed a match that never took place before: Michael Style vs LuFisto. Both share a little history together dating back to Endgame in April when Style interfered several times during LuFisto's match against Estrada. The Super Hardcore Anime got away with the win but needless to say she wished she could've gotten her hands on Style and make him regret his numerous interferences. As far as Style is concerned, Style won't hold anything back and will certainly seize this opportunity to get closer to a new shot at the championship, for him or his tag team.)

Singles Match
Lucky Sabiti vs Buxx Belmar

(Buxx Belmar made his NSPW debut a little over 2 years ago in the last event in Pont-Rouge. For the occasion, he defeated Jay Famous and Pauly Platinum. On August 18th, Buxx steps back in an NSPW ring but for his Quebec City debut. This time, he doesn't want to wait another 2 years before being seen back. He's hellbent on leaving his mark like he does everywhere he goes and make a name for himself in the North Shore Pro Wrestling roster. This time, he'll face Lucky Sabiti, co-founder of Black Resistance. With the group gaining in influence with each passing month, Lucky received the mission to welcome Buxx back while showing everyone the summer break had no effect in stopping Black Resistance's momentum!)

Four Corner Survival

Black Resistance (Gio & Dog) vs T.D.T. vs Too Phat (Xplicit & Gibson) vs Carl Choquette & Jay Thompson (w/ Zach Thunder)

(North Shore Pro Wrestling's tag team division keeps expanding every day and teams are ready to do anything to climb their way on top. Management then decided to give them the opportunity to showcase their skills with a 4-Way Tag Team Dance. First of all, Giovanni and Mad Dog, representing Black Resistance. Then known as the Bone Collectors, they were established for a long time as a devastating force in CCW's tag team division. T.D.T., comprised of Mathieu St-Jacques and Thomas Dubois, have in their own way created the biggest impact of the Gauntlet Match at Golden Opportunity IV by wiping everybody out, preventing true #1 contenders. Also in the Four Corner Survival, Billy Gibson and Xplicit will team up for the first time in an NSPW ring by reforming Too Phat. Finally, The Spoilers are still looking for a new member and Pauly Platinum's absence won't keep Choquette from looking. In need of a tag team partner for the Four Corner Survival, he turned to agent Zach Thunder, who recommended him his newest protege, Jay Thompson.)

Due to a scheduling conflict, NSPW management couldn't secure the 3rd participant originally booked for the NSPW Title Match at Desperate Measures. This causes for a slight change in the card resulting in quite an opportunity for a newcomer! First off, the 3rd participant in the Championship Match will be Buxx Belmar! Despite not having worked a North Shore Pro Wrestling event in the past 2 years, Belmar is the current GEW Champion and has racked up quite a record in Quebec and it is clear he'll provide a solid opposition to Estrada and Martel.

With Buxx being promoted to the Championship Match, Lucky Sabiti finds himself with a new opponent in Fred "La Merveille" Lauzon. Even if he's often taken lightly, Lauzon remains a very experienced wrestler who can shift momentum at any time and cause the upset. Some say his best days are behind him but in his last meeting with management, Fred told them he had the firm intention to shut up his critics.
