MAIN EVENT
El Generico vs Stupefied

NSPW Championship Match
Simon Martel (c) /w VT vs LuFisto

(A little over 1 year ago at A New Level, NSPW offered a chance to Simon Martel, then the promotion's rising star to wrestle an experienced joshi who fought in the entire world, LuFisto. Even if he didn't came out victorious, Martel was able a few months later to capture the North Shore Pro Wrestling Championship. One year after that altercation, this remains the only time Martel was ever defeated. On the other hand, LuFisto is now the #1 contender for the title and she intends for history to repeat itself by beating Martel again. Despite VT Valentine's unsuccessful attempts to avoid the contract's signing, the match is now official for the 4th Anniversary Show)

Tag Team Match
Style & Estrada /w Sofy vs Rock & Roid Express (Franky & Twiggy)

(At Rise Above 2, Michael Style purposely raised Franky The Mobster's ire by protecting himself with security and inviting Franky to show up in the ring. As everyone expected, Mobster showed up, charged the ring and beat everyone in the way. Ensued a pier-six brawl between Style & Estrada and Franky, who had to be separated by referees and security. Amidst all the chaos, Style was all smiles, like if he got his wish....until Franky reiterated his threats and something that seemingly enraged Style. At 4th Anniversary show, Franky will team up with Twiggy to take on Style and Estrada)

Singles Match
Giovanni /w Blk Res vs Player Uno

(Shortly after the release of Black Resistance's latest video, management was already contacted to sign a new match for the 4th Anniversary Show. Indeed, in the video, Lucky Sabiti mentioned that the next step for Black Resistance was the tag team titles. Since Stupefied will wrestle Chavo Guerrero in the main event, Player Uno will compete in singles competition and contacted NSPW management when he saw the video. He offered any Black Resistance member to wrestle him one-on-one. After contacting Black Resistance to know which member would accept the challenge, management made the match official.)

Singles Match
Mathieu St-Jacques vs Ivan Sullivan
(At Rise Above 2, Mathieu St-Jacques  went back to his solo career as he worked in singles competition. St-Jacques, a former NSPW Champion and the longest titleholder, however suffered a loss at the hands of LuFisto, leaving a bitter taste in his mouth. For the 4th Anniversary Show, he asked to have another singles match so he can forget about his loss and prove to everyone why he was so dominant for so long in singles competition. Answering the challenge, another tag team wrestler who hasn't competed in singles for a while now, Ivan Sullivan. Kickin N' Stompin' just came out of an excruciating war with Wrestling's Hottest Tag Team and they seemingly were lacking their usual spunk last month against Style & Estrada. Maybe a singles showdown against someone like St-Jacques will be the spark to lit up Sullivan's fire again. Nonetheless, no matter the winner, this could also have repercussions in the tag team division as well.)

4-Way Ladder Match
*Winner gets a shot at the NSPW Championship*
Urban Miles vs Tom LeBlond /w Lily vs Lucky Sabiti vs Buxx Belmar

(Since his arrival in North Shore Pro Wrestling, he's claiming it loud and proud: he wants a shot at NSPW Championship, he wants to win his first major title. Well, Urban Miles has never been more ready to get his chance at the title. With a 6-1 record in his last 7 matches, Urban Miles possess a solid win-loss record to take part in this match. Despite his loss to Chris Cruze at Rise Above 2, management chose to include Tom LeBlond in this match. The very solid showings he had throughout the Wrestling's Hottest Tag Team-Kickin 'N' Stompin feud demonstrated how much he was willing to put it all on the line to get what he wants. Even though until recently there was a great chemistry between LeBlond and Brown, it looks like Tom shows a whole different level of aggressiveness in singles and can only count on himself. Month after month, Black Resistance makes its presence felt and they proved it again at Rise Above 2 with a decisive win over Too Phat and against Matt Falco. Any Black Resistance member could've taken part in the match but it will be “The Assault Commander” who will represent his stable to try bring the gold home. Buxx Belmar doesn't seem at first to have the required profile to participate in such a match. But when we take into account the fact that he accepted to wrestle Simon Martel and Marko Estrada at Desperate Measures on short notice and if we also take into account the fact he got really close to become the new NSPW Champion, the least management could do was to offer him an opportunity to get another chance, this time with much more preparation.)

Tag Team Match
The Spoilers vs Judas & Chris Cruze

(Carl Choquette & Pauly Platinum have been looking for months, even years who could fill the void left by Mathieu St-Jacques' departure and their quest remains unsuccessful. The situation is quite clear, people hate The Spoilers and no one wants to be associated with them. On October 6th, The Spoilers are coming to spoil the party (no pun intended) for the fans and want them to have the worst time ever while climbing the ladder in the tag team division. For the occasion, management decided to book them against 2 wrestlers who are the opposite of the Spoilers, which is fan favorites. First off, Judas, whose only appearance on the stage draws a strong reaction from the fans and who would like to find the key to recapture the success he doesn't quite have for the past few months. This key might be his tag team partner for the night, Chris Cruze. Despite being relatively unknown to the Quebec City faithful, Cruze managed to captivate the audience who gave him a standing ovation after his first match at Desperate Measures. Will The Spoilers be successful in ruining the evening for the fans or will the tandem of Judas-Cruze be able to satisfy the fans by shutting up Choquette and Platinum?)

Unfortunately, because of TNA's new policy, NSPW has been forced to cancel Chavo Guerrero's appearance at the 4th Anniversary Show. NSPW wants to reinstate that they're not holding any grudges against Mr. Guerrero and wishes him the best of luck with TNA Wrestling. In his place, NSPW announced that former NSPW Champion El Generico will be his replacement. El Generico is a former ROH & PWG World Tag Team Champion, former PWG World Heavyweight Champion and also ended the 1-year reign of Mathieu St-Jacques as NSPW Champion.
