Quote  According to a report from Pwinsider, Lars Sullivan is no longer employed by WWE. Sources say he was quietly released last month.

Sullivan, whose real name is Dylan Miley, made his WWE debut in May of 2017 on the NXT brand. He wound up defeating Kassius Ohno at NXT Takeover: WarGames. In November of that same year, several vignettes promoting his main roster debut aired. Those plans were scrapped in January of 2019 after he had an anxiety attack.

Sullivan returned to WWE television in October of last year and attacked Jeff Hardy, Riddle and The Miz. Following these attacks, he was pulled from WWE television once again and has since been released from the company.

Hardly the shock of the century.
I actually quite liked Lars, I enjoyed his old school monster heel look and style and in the ring I thought he was a pretty good power wrestler, he had some very solid matches in NXT. But that said I know a lot of fans were very negative towards him and then there were the backstage issues with his homophobic comments, his involvement in porn in the past and concerns over his health as he suffered a anxiety attack which delayed his debut.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  In honesty I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did and was pushed as hard as he was. Aside from all his behind the scenes issues his character just wasnt connecting with the audience, I know I'm in the minority for liking his ring style but I've always enjoyed old school powerhouse wrestlers, but his character wasnt working, trying to portray him as some sort of adult bully was just coming across as awkward and uncomfortable to watch, I think Lars just didn't have the acting ability to pull it off, the best booking route for him would have been a silent monster with a manager perhaps.
