For Sami, it's gonna probably be in early 2016. Sami himself doesn't expect to be back by the end of the year. I'm assuming that Hideo will probably return at the same time.

Heeeeee's baaaaaack.

Finally Hideo Itami has come back from injury. Just at a live event, but hopefully following the brand split and likely call ups Hideo itami will return to TV tapings.

Looking forward to seeing Kenta vs Nakamura.

Well, take 2...

He's baaaaaack.

A main event title feud with Bobby Roode is going to be glorious! I can't wait to see this feud unfold, and I can't wait to see Hideo in the ring again, and god I hope he doesn't get injured again.

Whilst it's good to see him back, throwing him straight to the main event is the wrong way to go about things. He's had what 2 years worth of injuries and you're throwing him straight after the title?

I know they lost Shinsuke and all that but Itami is 2 years behind now, build him up properly again.

They can't afford to build him up again. His contract is up next year. He has done interviews in Japan saying he has had a rough time living in the states due to his injury and is home sick unlike other Japanese talents. He might go back to NJPW and that he will be making his decision based on what happens this year. He is happy being at WWE, but he's miserable understandably.

I don't think he IS behind. The truth is, what I've seen so far shows that Itami has been making improvement in his English promo skills in leaps and bounds. I would really like to see more interviews and promos so I could say for certain on that though. None of the Japanese wrestlers really needed to learn anything other than the typical "this is how we do things in WWE and if you're going to work here you need to learn to do them this way as well". That and English, and if Itami really is as far ahead on his English fluency as I think he may be, then he gonna be better off than most other ESL talents employed in the WWE - Cesaro, Owens, and (maybe) Maryse as the only ones better off than Itami. Considering all the time he's had off to work on nothing else, he should be that much better than people like Kalisto, Sin Cara, Asuka & Nakamura.

I'm wondering if KENTA is on his swangsong with WWE? I think he may be at the end of his stint and is getting ready to head back home. I don't know why I think it, but there's something there.

Is his deal due to expire in the coming months then?

I thought I heard early 2018. It will be a shame to see him go as I think he had more upside upon signing that Nakamura did. With all the injuries though, things just didn't pan out for him.
