Quote Jimmy Wang Yang just tweeted the following:

3 strike and your out i hear florida is a nice place to visit.

Yang has at least one Wellness strike against him, having been suspended for 30 days as of June 9, 2008.

More shortly.

What a dumb fuck he is for being stupid enough to get himself three strikes.

He's lucky he's been kept around so long because he brings nothing to the product.

I do hope he gets treated now for his obvious addiction to drugs.

He offered nothing. He had a lame gimmick that was typical of how WWE makes fun of stereotypes in a way that is not funny or entertaining.

The fact that he continued to use drugs despite already having wellness strikes states that he didnt value his position in the company, he deserves his release and I hope TNA dont pick him up as apart from everything else he would bring nothing worthwhile to their product.

that's a rather interesting thing for him to say and he should have known better knowing people would jump to the conclusion that his release was due to the wellness policy and not the fact that he was boring as shit and couldn't get over.

I think TNA should pick him up, he was a talented wrestler in WCW while in the Jung Dragons faction and in WWE's Cruiserweight division for a while. With a lame cowboy gimmick the release always looked likely, he isn't any loss to WWE but TNA have the X-Division where he could look good.

I still remember Jimmy Yun's first appearance as the 'Chinese Cowboy' in 2006,  a truely cringe-worthy moment - even now I can't imagine how they thought this gimmick would have any appeal to anyone whatso-ever. His realease is no surprise.
Jimmy would have been better left as the Japanese heel Akio (his first WWE gimmick) and kicked the crap out of red-necks rather than becoming one.
But then again, Jimmy had been one of the Flying Elvises on TNA so it wasn't much of a leap to being a redneck cowboy in the WWE.

The only surprise with this release is that it took so long.  I would have thought he would have been releases a few years ago when WWE ended the whole cruiserweight division.  I sure hope he doesn't really think that he can run straight over and join TNA.  He currently has nothing to offer TNA.

Last I heard was before he went to WWE for a second run, he was with TNA and he had a huge falling out with them... Things do change but I hope they don't bring him in, he sounds like an arrogant cocky prick.

Hopefully he goes to TNA. LoL. Really though, he had more talent than most and he did it all with one of THE worst gimmicks and all with a smile on his face. Give that man an award for putting up with that shit and for being shoved under the rug in favor of Horny those years ago when he was JUST SO CLOSE to the Cruiserwight strap.

I didn't mind his redneck gimmick but I'm not shocked that he's been released. I can't remember the last time he was on TV and for me, he hasn't done anything particularly noteworthy for a long time. I don't really want him in TNA either as I don't think he would add anything to their product.
