Wow, that one really took me by surprise. I guess it shouldn't have, but still. Condolences to Natty, Bret, and the rest of the Neidhart/Hart family.

Quote As noted, wrestling legend Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart passed away at age 63 on Monday. Police officials in Pasco County, Florida told TMZ that Neidhart died after falling at his home and hitting his head. "Preliminary information indicates that [Neidhart] fell at home, hit his head, and succumbed to his injury," stated the report at TMZ. "No foul play [is] suspected."

Sad for all the Hart family, especially Nattie who everyone knows from watching Total Divas is very close to her dad.

Years of drug abuse and it's falling down the stairs that gets him.

Can't have been easy for him living in the shadow of so many more talented family members.

In terms of in ring ability he was the weakest Hart Foundation member, but he was the strongest when it came to charisma and being a larger than life character.

Drug addiction and his large bloated appearance must have given cause for concern for his health over the years, he always appeared red faced and out of breath.

Whatever the circumstances this is a tragic loss at only 63 years old.
RIP Jim Neidhart.
