I thought his promo was very good on Raw this week and its looking more and more like a heel turn is on the cards

The way he came across on the mic claiming that he is a "Professional athlete" and the "i know my body" lines were excellent

He also has Angle gawping over him like the proud father which is only going to add to the heat he gets

I agree. It was much better to see him more badass, instead of like a whiny childish kid around daddy.

Quote Jason Jordan is shown backstage getting ready to head out for his match against Kane.

- Jordan comes out to the ring to what sounds like a mostly negative reaction from the crowd. Jordan talks about the speculation on the internet about the legitimacy of his knee injury. Jordan says he knew last week he couldn't continue his match, but after a week of rehab with WWE's word class medical staff, he's ready to compete tonight. He says he's back to 100% and he's ready to do what Strowman couldn't do: beat Kane.

- Jason Jordan vs. Kane: Jordan goes for a single leg takedown early on, but Kane shoves him away. Jordan circles Kane for a German suplex, but Kane elbows him away. Jordan finally connects with a clothesline, then drives Kane into the corner and spears him. Kane fights back and throws Jordan out to ringside. Jordan starts selling his knee injury again on the floor, and the referee counts him out.

Winer via count out: Kane

- Jordan rolls back in the ring and starts brawling with Kane again, but Kane boots him down. Kane throws Jordan outside again and Jordan once again sells the knee. Kane beats down Jordan at ringside, then takes him back in the ring and repeatedly beats on Jordan's bad knee. Finn Balor's music hits and Balor comes out for the save.

Something can come from the knee injury angle when he does finally do his turn.

He can blame Kurt for risking his career, by making him pretend he was well enough to perform.

That i think would be an excellent move

Have Jordan feud with Kurt by saying Kurt pressured him into competing and make up some other blatant lies.

The knee injury thing can only go on for so much longer so they need to do something quickly with him.

Weird on Raw that they had him still selling the injury with protection, yet he puts on a long match showing no affect to sell the so called injury.

Quote RAW GM Kurt Angle makes his way out to the ring to kick off tonight's show. Angle hypes up tonight's show, and mentions that Roman Reigns is going to have to defend his Intercontinental Championship tonight. Angle quickly gets interrupted by his son Jason Jordan, who comes down to the ring. Jordan asks Angle for a match against Roman Reigns tonight because he wants to answer his challenge to take the Intercontinental Title from him. Angle says Jordan can't be serious, his knee is still taped up from last week. Jordan asks his dad just to give him a chance. Before Angle can answer, Roman Reign's music hits and he comes out to interrupt. Reigns steps into the ring and says he's a fighting champion, but it won't be Jordan he's fighting tonight, he wants Samoa Joe. Reigns tells Jordan that if he wants an opportunity, don't go running to his daddy, step up and take it. Jordan says Reigns shouldn't talk about earning opportunities, but Reigns says he has earned his opportunities. Reigns tells Jordan again to step up and take it if he wants it. They come face to face with Angle between them, then Samoa Joe comes out to interrupt. Joe says his patience has worn thin with watching Reigns and Jordan pretending to be tough. Joe says he accepts Reigns' challenge, but he will give Reigns a chance right now to back out and save himself the embarrassment. Reigns doesn't retract his challenge. Jordan interrupts next and gets booed by the fans. Jordan says unlike Joe, he actually is tough, because he doesn't attack people from behind. Jordan issues a challenge to Joe now, but Reigns wants Joe first. Reigns starts to talk to Joe, but Jordan grabs him and gives Reigns a belly to belly suplex. Kurt pushes Jordan off of Reigns and tells him to leave. Jordan steps out to ringside. Reigns gets on the mic and says Joe will have to wait for later, because Jordan is going to get it right now. Reigns tells Kurt to make the match, and Angle calls for a ref to come down.

That was another cringe big baby son, crying to daddy to get his own way segment.

The only plus right now with him is despite his losing streak, he is booked as tough and not backing down from anyone.

I actually think this week was good for the development of his imminent full heel turn.

He did the whine to daddy but mixed it in with some heelish things like attacking both Reigns and Joe when they werent expecting it

He lost the match so that gives him something to use going forward.

The stuff with angle when he asked for another title shot helped build the tension between the 2

I genuinely don't know. right now, i'm still not sure if they're trying to get him over as a resilient face who will never back down from a fight, or a heel that is using his dad to make a name for himself by getting put into these big name matches, even if he still loses them.

the whole thing with Angle was pointless, since Reigns has already said to anyone who wants the belt to come and get it, so begging Kurt for another chance was pointless.

they've tried too hard with this angle thus far, and there's also no consistency. last week, he was still upset because he'd missed his chance to have a match beside his dad, this week he was upset because he wanted a IC title match despite Joe already having claimed it this week. it does come across as the petulant child who wants everything whilst not knowing what they really want, and yes, it's not the actions of a face, but it's not really the actions of a heel either, it's the actions of an idiot.

definitely right now a waste of the actual talent he does have, as he's shown how good he can be in the ring, he's decent enough on promos, especially in this day and age, and he certainly has the right look to be a figure always around the IC or US titles.

Quote Jason Jordan walks into Kurt Angle's office and starts apologizing for his behavior last week, and for demanding a match from Kurt. He says he gets the intensity from his father. Jordan says he'll keep his cool, but then starts complaining about not being given a match against Samoa Joe tonight. Jordan says he's the only one who can beat Joe, but Angle points out that Jordan hasn't beaten many of his big name opponents. Angle says Jordan will get the match when it's the right time, then Jordan storms off.

- Dean Ambrose vs. Samoa Joe: As Ambrose and Joe circle each other, Jason Jordan comes out to the stage for a closer look. Ambrose gets distracted, and Joe cheap-shots him and starts beating down The Lunatic. Ambrose takes out Joe's knee and starts mounting a comeback. Joe shuts him down and attempts a running senton, but Ambrose rolls out of the way. They trade strikes in the ring until Ambrose hits a series of clotheslines and drops Joe. Jordan is now sitting on a chair on the stage. Joe hits a suplex then taunts Jordan, showing that he's got suplexes too. Jordan stands up and walks down the ramp, as Ambrose takes advantage of the distraction and decks Joe from behind. Ambrose and Joe fall out to ringside, where Jordan throws Ambrose back in the ring. Joe gets up and locks Jordan in the Coquina Clutch at ringside, then Ambrose comes flying out of the ring and hits a suicide dive on both of them. Back in the ring, Jordan distracts Joe and Ambrose capitalizes with a big elbow. Ambrose covers Joe, but the ref is distracted by Jordan and doesn't count the pin. Ambrose confronts Jordan at ringside and Jordan grabs him for a suplex. Before Jordan can do the suplex, Joe comes flying out of the ring with a suicide dive on both of them. Joe rolls Ambrose back in the ring, then hits a senton on Jordan on the floor. Joe locks Ambrose in the Coquina Cutch in the middle of the ring for the win.

Winner: Samoa Joe

We got through nearly all the show without seeing him and that in itself was heelish booking.

He's a lot of haters in the fanbase at the moment and they will have started to think he wouldn't be seen all show as it's late on and then there he is LOL

He cost Ambrose a pin, but got attacked by Joe, so his tweener character hasn't changed.
