Yeah, Wolves paid for my Level 1 and referee licence and I'm looking to do the youth modules.

I'm a realist and have no aim to be a football manager, but am being ambitious and hoping to get the Academy Managers Licence.

I'd recommend anyone to do the Level 1 if you've got a kid in a youth team. Pretty fun and keeps you fit.

Anyone else watching our lovely Lionesses at midnight?

Done so well to beat the hosts in over 50,000 and now to play the defending champions in the semis.

If they manage to go on and win the world cup they will have the SPOTY team award in the bag even if the cricket men regain the Ashes.

Cheers mon.

Again, I higly recommend it if you have the time to put in. The FA tutors are good at making the boring stuff fun to take in, such as the FA Safeguarding and First Aid.

The courses are so expensive though. No idea why the FA priced courses for predominantly volunteer workers so high.

First aid is an annoying course to do but it does come in hand haha.

Adders fancy a bit of fun for this seasons betting? Shall we see how much we can make from a starting 10p and only betting the winnings from there? Just a bit of fun like haha.

I'm already a qualified First Aider and clued up on safeguarding through work so they would have to make it even more interesting for me!

The cost is a huge issue for the FA and does not compare to other nations who have far more qualified coaches

£49m for Sterling? Crazy money when you consider Man Utd will be spending £39m on Schweinsteiger & Schneiderlin. English players being vastly overpriced as per usual.

Have you guys had anything in pre-season yet Adders? We've played two, won two, granted it was two games we should win with our eyes closed but it's a start.

We had our first pre season match on saturday away at 6th tier conference north side Stalybridge Celtic and won 1-0 thanks to an own goal LOL

I went because it was 7 quid, a lovely journey through Holme Moss, I like visiting non league grounds and because I expected better with three leagues difference between us LOL

Josh Scowen (short ass guy we got from Wycombe in January) ran in a straight line from about the halfway line, put over a cross and within their own six yard box their defender tried to chest it back to his keeper who couldn't stop it dropping in the net. Dunno why the keeper didn't come for it or it wasn't headed clear as you shouldn't really be trying to pass it back to your keeper from within your own six yard box.

Haha we beat Undy 5-3 and then Port Talbot 3-1. Butcher is still signing players for lower leagues on the whole. Just signed another non-league player sigh.

We're playing Bath tomorrow night so that's more build up.
