Zach Gibson is the star of the show. They are doing the right thing building up one of our own.

Hager with him doing MMA it makes sense to have the guy who can get you the most publicity, holding your main title.

Go to it on your own or with one of your kids. Can do a Suze and wear our URL across your top to bring in new TUPeeps LOL

The problem they got with Gibson is they're doing the same thing with Rampage Brown, so they need to mix it up with one of them and do it soon before it's just two guys doing exactly the same thing.

Looks like we are the only two giving it a go Baz LOL

As the weeks progress I am enjoying it more. I don't know if it's because the product is getting better or just because i'm getting used to how they produce their show.

The commentary was poor. Many occasions they didn't know what they were doing.

Dunno why Jake Hager was supposedly given a contract where he can do what he wants.

RVD and Rey Mysterio matches always have shit finishers. This needs to change.

Good idea to cram the crowd on camera side so the venue looks busier.

Zach Gibson stole the show which I make three weeks out of three.

Paige's brothers are shit. I'm sure they are only there because of their family tree and doing an hooligan stereotype gimmick is bloody awful.

Was hoping we'd get to see Carlito's Cabana LOL Him and Chris Mastes as The Masters Of Cool are a solid team.

No Moose/Morrison this week. You expect the big names on the big money to be there every week.

Colt Cabana and Grado were cool. Management will be trying to get Colt to persuade CM Punk to make an appearance.

Plymouth next week will have the best atmosphere so far as the venue isn't what you'd call an arena so the more compact space should help.

I'll try to get this weeks show in over the weekend.

There's lots of positives about the show and as long as they continue to build the local talent instead of bringing in big names from the past that'll be a good start. At the moment they got the right blend there so I hope it continues.

I half expect them to lose Morrison and Rey Mysterio soon as they'll be busy with other things in America so they got spots open that they can use.

You say Grado is on this weeks show? He's a solid hand and has some experience and name power to bring to the show and he's a brilliant character so i'm interested to see what he ends up doing.

Best show yet. The smaller venue looking packed with fans on all four sides, added to the atmosphere.

Probably now it's fanbase is gathering momentum, it was the first southern date in Plymouth and half term for school kids, but it looked like the biggest crowd so far.

All the ring issues are sorted, with the ring ropes tighter than they have been.

Liking the idea behind the snap or tap title and the surprise of a new champion already.

Jake Hager plays the heel beautifully. If only E would have let him have so much freedom.

Is John Morrison done? He dropped the title the other week and no mention of him since or a rematch.

Moose every week seems as over as RVD and Rey Mysterio. I like him.

The Masters Of Cool have to be holding the tag team titles at some point.

Even if they don't have a title for females, they should put on a few matches for them, because it still looks bad being so a cock fest of a show. I still stand by wanting them to bring in Tenille Dashwood and Rosemary to do their first female storyline or if not Rosemary, get Allie.

I wonder how much the top Yank (Zach Gibson reference) stars are getting paid to do live TV over the Atlantic every week, when companies back at home like ROH and Impact don't even use some of them.

Can see them bringing over Enzo if he gets over his current issue and probably Rich Swann too.

Mark Haskins vs Matt Riddle Tap or Snap Championship - Hard hitting contest. Finish looked a little sloppy but it makes sense having someone with an MMA background holding your submission title for a little bit.

Masters of Cool vs UK Hooligans - Not a bad match, possibly went on a little too long but I may be being picky there.

Eddie Ryan Gauntlet - Superb effort from Eddie Ryan there. It's one way of getting people on the card, and it's also a way to solidify a new star. I predicted a few weeks ago Eddie Ryan would be the one to dethrone Jake Hager and I still stand by that. Well maybe not tonight but he will in the future haha.

Nathan Cruz vs BT Gunn - Decent enough match, 9.21 is beatable so let's see what the next guys can do.

8 Man Tag - Umm not quite sure what to make of that match. Too much going on at times and I would have had the heels go over but that's just my view.

Joey Axl vs Ricky Knight Jnr - Decent enough showing by the 17 year old Knight, and Axl has looked decent each show so far. Time expired so BT Gunn gets a shot at Riddle.

Tor Atter-Hagen umm who are you? Best do some reading on him ready for next week methinks.

Eddie Ryan vs Jake Hager - 6th match of the evening for Eddie, there's no way he's winning the title tonight haha. Not a bad showing for the time they got and given how much Eddie went through earlier in the night. Not fond of the cheap attack to lead to the finish but I still stand by the fact Eddie Ryan will beat Jake Hager for this title soon.

Bertie showing up on 5* what's up with that haha? I mentioned in the Impact threads Bertie seems so much more relaxed these days which is great to see.

Kings of the North vs Max Money - Messed up the finish which spoiled an opener that wasn't too bad. Not sure who is to blame there the ref or the guy from Kings of the North but it wasn't due to end that way that's for sure haha.

Jody Fleisch vs Alberton El Patron - Some decent brawling coupled with some decent in ring work. With him taking the win I wonder if he'll back for some more shows in the future.

Modcast time with Mr Gibson. Another title? Real Title haha, an unsanctioned British Championship or something huh. Not sure they need a third title but yeah whatever. It could work to be used to build the home grown talent whilst the big names do their thing as the company grows.

Eddie Ryan vs Zach Gibson - Really enjoyable match. Eddie Ryan getting what his recent efforts deserve, hopefully he get's a decent run. Post match beat down by Max Money on Ryan and Gibson...Bram seems to be the one behind it huh. Interesting to see he's joining the ranks too.

A bi too much filler for my liking but given the horrid storms that have battered the UK it's a perfectly acceptable effort from those that did make it to Belfast.

Turned on my Sky Plus recording to see highlights from the week before, got sick of winding the show on, so I deleted it without watching.

They have such shit social media. It wouldn't have harmed them to have gave an heads up that it would only be two hours long with the weather.

They only announced to the VIP package fans that Rey wouldn't be on the show an hour before it started, which is a bad PR exercise.

Rey didn't come due to a so called family emergency that was so bad the very next night he was wrestling on the other coast of America to the one he lives.

Still no sign of female wrestling. Big step forward I hear with So Cal Val becoming the first female to set foot in one of their rings, if only for an interview.

It doesn't air this week it's been rescheduled for next month on their Facebook page due to weather, when the forecast is fine now and the snow has all but melted.

It doesn't air the week after either as they wanted an empty week during the schedule for some odd reason.

They do one show a week, so they should be able to get there in good time to get everything ready.

Shoddy showing with all the Yanks missing. Even in bad weather you make an effort.

So much wrestling out there to watch, that I don't know if I will bother keeping giving it a go.

Have to say nothing you and Baz have mentioned in this thread has made me want to tune in. Sounds similar to TNA when they were at their worst, a mix of washed up WWE veterans and a few indie talents, a low budget product with shoddy production and booking.

As you say we are spoilt for choice with wrestling viewing at the moment, WWE have completely oversaturated the viewers market so it will take something special for me to add it to my already swamped wrestling viewing schedule and Five Star Wrestling is definitely not special far from it by all accounts. As I’ve said before I’ve already started watching WWE via YouTube highlights instead of the whole episodes of weekly tv as there is simply too much and not enough hours in the day.

I'm enjoying it because there's guys on there from the local scene that totally deserve some TV time to show what they can do.

The problem is they run for 3 hours. They'd be much better off doing a 2 hour show tops then they'll have less filler and the matches would mean so much more.
