Quote Stephanie McMahon is backstage when Finn Balor walks in, and then Braun Strowman, and they're looking for Kurt Angle. Stephanie says this was Kurt's office, but he was nice enough to let her borrow it for the night. Stephanie has made a few changes, including a photo of Vince McMahon on display. Balor and Strowman want a rematch against Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, but Stephanie doesn't seem receptive to the idea. Stephanie reminds them they'll be against each other at Money In The Bank, and she says Balor should blame Strowman for their loss last night. Stephanie books Balor vs. Strowman in a singles match tonight, and Strowman crushes an apple in his hand.

Finn Balor vs. Braun Strowman: The opening bell sounds and they stare each other down and then start trading shots. Balor tries to take down Strowman, but Strowman clubs him down. Braun headbutts Balor down, and then whips him hard into the corner. Braun screams and talks trash to Balor, blaming Balor for getting pinned last week. Balor finally fights back and starts taking out Braun's knee. Braun is hobbling around selling the knee, but he still drops Balor again for a two count. Braun kicks Balor out through the ropes to ringside. Braun follows him outside and throws Balor into the ring. Braun gets back in and continues to work over Braun, until he misses a shot in the corner and Balor boots him in the face. Braun charges again, but Balor dodges and Braun crashes into the turnbuckles. Balor boots him in the face again and follows up with more strikes. Braun no-sells a chop, and then headbutts Balor back down. They fight out to ringside again, and Braun strikes Balor out of mid-air. Braun yells at Balor again, asking if he's had enough. Braun says he's done playing, and while Balor tries to fight back, Braun drops him again. Balor rolls outside, and Braun follows. They run around the ring and Balor hits the Slingblade on the floor. Balor runs around and dropkicks Braun over the barrier into the crowd. Balor rests up against the barrier for a breather, and Braun raises up from below the barrier and grabs Balor from behind. Balor fights off Braun by kicking him in the neck, and Braun is down. Balor comes off the apron with a double foot stomp on Braun on the floor, and then he hits the Coup De Grace off the barrier onto Braun again on the floor. Back in the ring, Braun misses a shot in the corner and Balor dropkicks him into the turnbuckles. Balor goes up top for the Coup De Grace, but Braun grabs him by the throat. Balor escapes and runs the ropes, but Braun catches him in a powerslam. Braun drops his shoulder straps and picks up Balor for a second running powerslam, then he pins for the three count.

Winner: Braun Strowman

- After the match, the ref checks on Balor as Braun's music hits. Braun walks over and picks up Balor, then sets Balor in the corner. Braun leaves Balor alone to recover, and Braun walks back to the middle of the ring and looks up at the briefcases. Braun looks at Balor, and then walks off as RAW goes off the air.

When I vote in Ticket Wars I mention as a negative that styles are too similar and I like differences. These two having a proper fued at some point is a perfect example of something I would love to see.

They put on a great match and Finn didn't look weak because it took two powerslams to end it. Instead of little guy being picked on by big bully, I would freshen up the stereotype fued by having Finn as the heel despite his look.

Braun showed post match respect lifting Finn up but not attacking him. Balor could easily use that moment in the future saying that he felt disrespected like Braun did it because he didn't feel he was in the same league as him.

It’s sad to see Finn down at the mid card level. He is so much more talented than this. I get it, not everyone can be at the top but he should be a little closer than what he is. The Demon needs to come back. Been almost a year now and that was a appealing character for Finn. All he wants to do now is smile , sigh

- After the match, Corbin gets on the mic and talks about how great he is. He then reveals Finn Balor's opponent for tonight: Jinder Mahal. Corbin says since Balor thinks he's such a big man, he shouldn't mind facing two opponents in a handicap match. Corbin introduces Balor's second opponent, a close personal friend of his: Kevin Owens.

- Balor comes out to the ring for his match, but before it starts, Kurt Angle comes out to the stage to interrupt. Kurt says Corbin may have been given authority to do this, but Kurt still makes the matches, and he's adding someone to this match to make it a tag team match. Balor's tag partner will be Braun Strowman.

- Kevin Owens & Jinder Mahal vs. Finn Balor & Braun Strowman: Finn and Jinder will start this one off. Jinder overpowers Finn early on to start the match off strong. Balor comes back with a dropkick on Mahal, but Jinder shuts him down with a spear. Owens tags in and continues the offense on Balor, stomping him down to the mat. Owens drops a knee on Balor while he's down, then applies a shoulder lock. Jinder tags back in and drops some knees on Balor, then tags Owens back in to keep the momentum going. Owens misses a shot in the corner and Balor tags in Strowman. Owens runs away and tags in Jinder. Strowman chases Owens outside and then turns his attention to Jinder. Jinder hits some shots on Strowman and stuns him, but Braun shuts him down with a shot to the chest. Braun boots Jinder back down to the mat, then pummels on him in the corner. Jinder starts to get up but Strowman drops him with a running shoulder tackle. Strowman clumbs Jinder back down to the mat, then tags in Finn. Strowman picks up Finn and slams him on to Jinder, although Finn didn't seem to know it was coming. Finn continues the offense on Jinder and dumps him outside. Balor looks for a suicide dive, but Owens trips him from the apron. Braun chases Owens around the ring now, and Balor goes flying out of the ring with a suicide dive on both Owens and Jinder on the floor. Back in the ring, Jinder turns it around against Finn with the help of Owens. Owens tags in and drops an elbow on Balor, then Jinder tags back in and puts Finn in a chin lock. Balor starts fighting back with elbows to the face and he looks for a tag, but Jinder stops him and rams Finn into the corner. Finn fights back and dumps Jinder out to the ringside floor. Balor looks to tag in Braun, but Owens tags in and runs over and stops Finn. Owens runs Balor off the ropes and Balor answers with a sling blade. Braun gets the hot tag and cleans house. Jinder is the legal man now and Braun lays into him with shoulder tackles. Braun runs around ringside, picks up Sunil Singh, and then rams him into Owens on the ringside floor. Back in the ring, Jinder starts fighting back, but Braun catches him and it doesn't look good for the Modern Day Maharaja. Braun hits the running powerslam for the three count.

Winners: Braun Strowman & Finn Balor

Glad to see them paired together again. I was enjoying their interactions but it's been a lot less in the past month.

I see potential in this mutural partnership continuing when either of them need help with a situation.

Kinda like the odd couple, little and large pairing of friends.
