Thats the whole point

The purpose of his weekly segments is to antagonise the crowd ... he does a good job of that every week and they are quite funny.

His in ring work is top notch too and he has all the attributes to be a huge star

It's just boring for the millions at home when he can only think of one way to get heel heat from the live crowd.

Quote Elias is in the ring for a song. He talks about how everyone will want to walk with him after WrestleMania. He starts trashing the Atlanta crowd, and guarantees his greatest performance ever on Sunday. Rhyno and Slater come out to interrupt.

- Elias vs. Heath Slater: The opening bell sounds and Elias takes the fight to the corner. Elias hits a big lariat then looks for a splash in the corner, but Slater dodges it. Slater starts firing up, but Elias shuts him down with a knee to the face. Elias follows up with the Dirft Away for the three count after a quick match.

Winner: Elias

- Elias points to the WrestleMania sign after the match.

Being on the pre show he could very well be the partner of Braun.

He has to be one of the favourites with the history the two have and with him getting a good rest between the battle royal and the main show.

Its not the only way he gets heat at all.

He gets heat by attacking people and his antics during matches.

His promos are simply a way to set up his weekly matches whilst getting the crowd interested again - incase you hadnt noticed, the crowd are more involved with his promos (especially the Walk With Elias) than they are with most other superstars

Quote Elias comes down to the ring now for a song. Elias has some fun with the fans who repeatedly chant at him. Elias gets interrupted by the returning Bobby Lashley! Lashley hits the ring and drops Elias with a neckbreaker. Lashley picks up Elias for a vertical suplex and he holds him up one-handed for a while then slams him. Lashley heads to the back and high-fives the fans on the aisle.

Cena and Lashley beating him up on back to back nights. He's highly thought of to be the go to heel to get a babyface more over.

It's funny how dumb live crowds are to suck up to him when they know every time he's going to put them down.

Be good if a live audience when he asks them what WWE stands for, they stay totally silent and see how he reacts to them after that. At least it would be different to same old shit.

Proving again that he is one of the most over guys on the roster and an absolutely insane talent

The guy could do with some form of gold to capitalise on this momentum

So could about 18 different guys on the roster; there are only so many titles.

IMO titles should go on those who are the most over and those who are featured the most on TV. Bray Wyatt I feel like should have been US champion for the better part of the first few years after he debuted. As for right now, Elias should be a major part of the intercontinental championship picture imo. Even if he isnt champion, he ought to be seen as the big contender.

Such as ....?

I agree with Rico above.

If you look around both rosters, the most over guys with exception of Elias are involved with storylines around a title or are infact the champion of some description.

The problem there is he never wins a fued, so on win/loss records he should be nowhere near a title picture. If that happened then in Boxing terms it would be like David Price being the next to face Anthony Joshua.

Such a busy Raw that you only get a few minutes backstage, where hilliariously Renee Young cut him off LOL

I suppose that was her payback for him getting her name wrong at the start of the segment.

It's absolutely criminal the fact that Elias did not qualify for MITB

Whats even more criminal is that Kevin Owens interrupted him

The crowd were ready to Walk With Elias and quite frankly i feel (and they will too) that they have been robbed
