I don't have a problem with how WWE use Eddie for one simple reason. That being his own family are quite clearly happy with it. For the rest of Eddie's contract with WWE his widow his earning his PPV top tier salary for simply being someone at the ringside of her nephew. I think that and the fact WWE are also keeping Eddie's memory alive are great. It's amazing how people slag off the angles like they know better than the guys own family. If the people who knew him best had even the slightest doubt about it all, then they wouldn't do it. I think they know him best and if anything it would all have been less likely to happen if Eddie had have looked after his money.

Thats all well and good but dont you think Eddie's fan have a right to say how Eddie's legacy is used? I agree that first you must think of the family i.e Vicky, but there as to be a limit in to how much they abuse his name!

For exsample using his name to get cheap heat for a heel is wrong!

However the way WWE have looked after Vicky since Eddie's death is fantastic and i cant praise them enough.

I'm sorry but I disagree...

WWE should just let him rest in peace, with dignity. Not force his wife into some crappy storyline which portrays her a complete bitch. They can keep his memory alive in a more dignified manner than this. They should pay her what's left on his contract out of respect. She shouldn't have to work for it.

I find it amazing how some people can not be offended by this shit. It's disgusting. The guys own family has a vested interest by the sounds of it... they're getting paid by WWE... Im Not!!! So I'm free to speak my mind without having to worry about losing my job.

I agree its over a year and WWE still continue to crap all over his name, and forve Vicki into storylines. God bless her but she sucks at acting the only positive influences that the storyline has, had is Chavo Guerrero getting a push.

Has anyone stopped to think that maybe Vicki asked to be put into a storyline? Sure, I can see that she possibly hasn't but, I honestly don't think she, Rey, Chavo or Chris would work with this storyline if they didn't want to. If they'd refused, WWE Creative would've had to come up with something else.

As an Eddie fan, I'd say that he'd probably be thankful that WWE are taking care of his family, no matter how they use his name. I agree that using it for cheap heat for the heels is pathetic though.

You took that right out of my mouth. Vickie I believe wants to do this and she wants to be apart of the WWE, as far as the Eddie name being used by the heels for cheap heat, its not needed. Chavo can say it, basically because he's Eddie's nephew and he and Eddie are like brothers more than anything. I did have a problem with Rey using it over & over again back when he was World champ, that got me pissed off, but then when he feuded with Chavo it made the feud that just better.

People who are HHH orn HBK dont get that much say in what happenes to their characters... If they say no, it could end their jobs with WWE.  Owen Hart said no to have an on screen affair with Debra and look where that led...RIP Owen.

I remember when Eddie first showed up in WCW, his classic matches with Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Rey Mysterio.... he was super impressive.  Then even looking back to his work in ECW and Japan.  Growing up I respected Eddie Guerrero as much as I could respect any wrestler.  Not to mention the fact that he was latino, it meant a lot to me when i was a kid.

When Eddie did those shoot promos about Eric Bischoff and formed the LWO, that was pure art...Then wehen the Radicalz came to the WWE it was like a fucken dream come true.  Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn on top of the fact that Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle both freshly debuted.

That era was just a dream come true and it was so awesome.  I dont think the WWE will ever be that good again.

I was there at No Way Out in san Francisco California when Eddie G beat Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship.  I didnt agree with it at the time, I just didnt see Eddie beating Brock... and especially since that piece of shit Goldturd interfered.

But looking back on that event... i am honored that i was there the night Eddie won The Big One. He deserved at least one World Championship in his career and Im glad that he had it... He had an awesome title run, him and ASngle at WMXX was one of the best matches in a long time.  Then the ending of WMXX when the shows ended with Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit hugging in the middle of the ring and they both had World Championships

I know your up there Eddie and I just wanna say that you touched so many people's lives you will never even know.  I enjoyed atching you and i would've loved to meet you.... maybe someday my friend.

^ HBK and Triple H can basically do whatever they want. Vince lets them do whatever they choose, as well as Undertaker because those 3 men have been in WWE for a long time and have stuck up for Vince and stayed loyal during WCW's attack at the Monday Night Wars.

Plus the fact that Trips is married to Steph, he pretty much can say whatever he wants, just say if Vince asked HHH to drop the title, he would cos thats in respect, u do what your employer asks.

As far as the Owen Hart not doing the on screen affair with Debra, that didnt cause his death, he died by accident and in turn WWE didnt check the cable out properly thus he is no longer with us.

Actually Owen hart entered WWE in 1988 as the Blue Blazer, so in turn it was Owen's creation because he didnt want to get his name confused with Bret's or some story like that. Then when he entered back in 1993/1994 he went back to his real name and yeah, the Blue Blazer he entered WWE and he left WWE with (he was BB when he fell to his untimely death).

That Raw after his fall was the most saddest show I've ever watched and if I watch it now, it bring tears to my eyes, the Eddie one was sad but wasnt as sad as Owen's.
