God rest your soul, Eddie Guerrero. Truly believe that some certain events which darkened the direction of professional wrestling possibly wouldn't have happened had it not been for your untimely passing.

R.I.P.
1967-2005-4ever.
Never forget.

If Eddie was still around, does anyone reckon Chris Benoit would've gone of the rails like he did? I don't know, but what I do know is Benoit hit a huge depression once Eddie died.

Had Eddie lived, I don't think Benoit would have probably did what he did, but the fact remains that Benoit's brain was immensely messed up when he did what he did, in no way, shape or form was that the real Chris Benoit who did those horrible acts.

Quote Jim Ross Website

Emailer...What was Eddie Guerrero's #1 moment in WWE? I'd guess beating Brock Lesnar in the Cow Palace to win the title or wrestling in a main event at Wrestlemania. Hard to say but the Wrestlemania bout, as I recall, was facilitated because of the Cow Palace bout. Realistically, Eddie's #1 moment should have been him gaining control of his demons and getting his personal life under control.

Obvious choice that it would be his WWE title win @ Wrestlemania ...

But agreeing once again with good ol' JR, EG's moment should have been conquering his demons and getting back on the right track. I truly believe he was on the right path and would have changed his life. I only wish he would have done as HBK did years ago ...

Maybe then man would still be preforming today ...

RIP Eddig G ..... 4ever homes!! VIVA LA RAZA!!
